Welcome to my guided meditation. This meditation takes you deeper inwards, connecting to the divine. While in a deeper meditative state, seek answers for our existence, purpose, and how to heal. Welcome to today's meditation.

Sit straight and comfortably back neck and head aligned to the straight line.

Make yourself as comfortable as you can.

Just take a few long deep breaths into your stomach and gently let it go.

As you quieten your mind by the breathing,

Have an intention for today's meditation.

Gently bring your attention to the breathing.

Observe the breathing as you inhale and exhale.

Drop your shoulders.

Let go all that you are holding.

Bring your full consciousness to the breathing by observing the tip of your nose as you inhale and exhale.

Call upon your spirit guides at the Divine whom you have faith.

Ask them to come and assist you into deeper meditations.

Let go all the clutter.

For a few minutes as you inhale and exhale,

Observe your body movements,

Sensations,

Any heaviness or any emotions,

Any tinglingness are the temperature changes in your body.

It's very natural for your mind to start wondering.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Whenever you see mind is wondering in your thoughts.

Let go all the dozen sorrows right now.

Let go all the emotions.

Be an observer of your breath.

Be an observer of any emotions.

Be an observer of your thoughts.

Anything pops up.

Let it be like a passing cloud.

Don't get attached to it.

Down.

Keep checking on your mind.

Is this still with the breathing?

Is this still with the breathing?

Is this still with the breathing?

As you let go all that doesn't belong,

Feel the emptiness.

Feel the space.

Feel the silence.

Feel the silence.

Feel the silence.

Feel the silence.

With this quietened mind,

Feel the divine energy around you.

On your forehead,

In between your eyebrows.

Check out any sensations,

Any images,

Any colours.

As we open up to receive the energy from the divine,

Let everything heal in and around us.

Let everything heal.

With this deeper connection to yourself,

Imagine or visualize the divine around you.

Walk through the darkness with the divine.

As you see the light around you,

Use it as a guide to navigate through the darkness.

Feel the divine around you as a teacher,

Holding your hand and walking through the darkness.

With this deeper connection,

You can ask the deeper questions which have been lingering for some time.

Some of the essential questions we need to get answers.

Who am I?

What is the purpose of the life?

What is the reality?

How can I be acute to deal with this?

How can I deal with day to day activities,

Issues,

Situations?

Just sit with these questions.

Feel how you get answers and feel lighter and lighter.

You may not hear the answers but you feel that you get the answers.

You may not hear the answers but you feel that you get the answers.

You may not hear the answers but you feel that you get the answers.

You may not hear the answers but you feel that you get the answers.

Bring your attention back to the breathing.

Feel the surroundings.

Feel your body.

Observe the breathing for a few seconds.
