Welcome to Day 5 of our 21 Day Meditation Challenge for Weight Loss.
Today's session is all about boosting your energy levels.
And this meditation will help you tap into your body's natural vitality and leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day with enthusiasm.
Let's find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Ensure that your spine is straight and your body is relaxed.
Rest your hands gently on your lap or by your sides.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold the breath for a moment,
Then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Repeat this two more times,
And each time feeling yourself becoming more centered and calm.
Now,
Bring your attention to your breath and notice the rhythm of your inhalation and exhalation.
With each breath in,
Imagine drawing energy and light.
With each breath out,
Let go of any fatigue.
As you continue to breathe,
Visualize a bright golden light at the center of your body.
This light represents your inner energy.
With each inhale,
See this light growing brighter and stronger.
With each exhale,
Feel it spreading throughout your entire body and filling you with warmth and vitality.
Now,
Focus on your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this golden light moving up from your core,
Energizing each part of your body.
Feel the energy rise to your head and awaken your mind.
Let it flow down your neck and shoulders,
Releasing any tension and filling your arms with strength.
As the light moves through your chest and heart,
Feel your heart rate steady and your breathing deepen.
Let it flow through your body and internal organs and continue down your legs and bringing your vitality to every muscle.
With each breath,
Feel the energy renewing your body and leaving you feeling vibrant and alive.
Now that your body is energized,
Take a moment to set a positive intention for the rest of your day.
It might be something new,
Like I move through my day with energy and purpose.
I embrace today with enthusiasm and vitality.
Silently repeat your intention to yourself,
Letting it resonate throughout your entire being and feel this intention becoming a part of you and ready to guide you through your day with renewed energy.
Let's take a deep breath in and feeling the energy you have cultivated with in.
Exhale slowly,
Bringing your awareness back to the present moment.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and stretch if you need to.
Ready?
Open your eyes slowly and feeling fully awake and energized,
Ready to embrace the day ahead.
