This meditation will bring you into a state of peace and deep relaxation, while providing the tools you need to stay calm and restful throughout the duration of your flight. Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.

This meditation is intended to be used while on a flight and after the flight attendants finish their safety briefs.

I invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Whatever feels right for you,

And bring all your awareness into this present moment,

Allowing all your worries and fears to be set aside for a later time,

And allowing yourself a few moments of peace.

Become aware of your breath and increase the length of your inhale and exhale,

Allowing the breath to become long and deep,

And exhale all of your air,

And we're going to inhale for the count of four,

So inhale,

Two,

Four,

Hold it,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

And allow the breath to resume its natural pattern,

Just observing the breath without judgment,

Allowing the exhales to relax you deeper into your seat,

Allowing the seat to fully support you as you release and let go,

Becoming more relaxed with each exhale,

Allowing the body to fully relax,

Allowing your nervous system to relax,

Knowing that you are held and protected in this moment.

Envision a golden white radiant light surrounding you,

Holding you in a ball of peace,

Supporting you,

Providing protection,

Protecting your energy,

Allowing for a peaceful flight.

Feel the peace of this radiant golden white light surrounding you,

Allowing it to hold you,

Seeing if you can relax deeper and allowing it to support you,

Like the seat supporting you,

As you inhale,

See this golden white light expanding around you,

Expanding several seats in front of and surrounding you,

Continuing to expand with each inhale,

Seeing this light surrounding the entire plane,

Allowing the entire flight to be protected,

To guide the flights,

Guiding the pilots and the crew,

Allowing for a peaceful trip for everyone on board,

Seeing this white radiant light as particles of peace surrounding everyone,

Bringing your awareness back to your breath.

Remember that you can use these tools throughout takeoff while soaring to 10,

000 feet and throughout the duration of your flight.
