My name is Brianna and I'm so honored that you've decided to join me today in this meditative journey to support the love of self and of manifestation for your true inner desires.
Manifestation can be a powerful way to voice your desires and to create a magnetic force of attraction into the universe,
Tapping into this universal wisdom and connection.
It can also lead you to have a stronger belief in yourself,
A belief that you can succeed.
Let's begin by cultivating a space of comfort,
Nestling into a comfortable shape,
A unique shape to you,
Perhaps lying down with the support under the body,
An eye covering to welcome the inner attentiveness to sensation and awareness.
Let the space of gravity hold you and cradle your experience here.
As you settle in,
Could you begin to notice the touch of clothes on the skin,
The sensation of your back to the earth,
The space of air touching the skin and moving in through the mouth and nose.
As you notice the touch of air,
Could you guide the awareness into the space of breath,
This cycle of inner knowing and life giving,
This intrinsic act of your body caring for itself in this natural cycle of cleansing and replenishing,
Noticing the expanse and the release with each wave of breath,
This breath whole and complete just as it is.
You may notice the deepening and slowing as you ground into the space of gravity.
Could you take a deep breath in through the nose,
Allowing the belly to expand,
Holding for a moment,
And then slowly releasing through the mouth.
Once more,
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Holding,
Exhaling softly,
Gently,
Noticing the present sensations,
The sensations from within and throughout the body.
Let the breath rest into the presence of its own cycle,
Its natural rhythm,
As you begin to welcome rest into the space of your toes,
Letting a wave of relaxation move through the toes into the soles of the feet,
Welcoming the breath like a gentle massage up through the ankles,
Calves,
And knees,
Supported and held by the earth and the gentle pull to its surface,
Sensing the thighs,
The hips,
Pelvis,
And lower spine,
Imagining roots expanding out through muladhara and into the space of the earth below,
Welcome relaxation into the belly and lower ribs,
The middle of the back and shoulders,
Could you welcome the visceral sensation of the breath massaging rest into the chest and heart space,
Expanding out across the front of the chest and into the arms,
Forearms,
Hands,
And fingers,
Noticing sensation and allowing the awareness,
This conscious stream of rest,
To land back at the space of the heart.
As you land here,
Could you begin to sense your inner desires,
The truest of true callings from the heart,
You may welcome this in as an intention or a sankalpa,
Or simply as something you wish to bring to fruition,
And could you silently whisper to yourself,
I am cultivating a space in my heart to manifest my deepest desires,
I am cultivating a space in my heart to manifest my deepest desires,
As this desire comes to life,
As it takes form,
Could you imagine each breath as a nourishing guide,
Calling upon the wisdom from within,
Calling upon the inner bounds of the limitless and universal possibilities,
As your desire expands from the space of the heart,
Could you welcome it into the space of your mind's eye,
Welcoming a conduit for the somatic experience and the mind-body connection,
Could you imagine this desire as though it has already come to life,
As though it's already been fulfilled,
As you bring this desire to life,
Could you imagine what it would look like,
What feeling tones may be present,
Could you imagine this as a warm golden light at the center of your forehead,
In the space of the mind's eye,
And with each course of breath,
Could you begin to sense this light expanding into the space of the cheeks and the crown of the head,
Expanding across the shoulders,
Moving down into the heart space,
With the breath,
This light grows brighter and more radiant,
Expanding across the torso,
And reaching out to the fingers and toes,
Could you sense this light filling the space of the body with warmth,
With strength,
And magnetism,
This universal magnetism attracting the desire you wish to welcome in,
This kinetic attraction between the universal wisdom and your own inner knowing,
As you beckon your desire forward into this life,
Could you reflect on the support you have given yourself today,
This time and space for rested awareness,
Truly thanking yourself,
For carving out time for your own desires,
To support those desires,
And to share them with the universal wisdom that you hold within you,
And as you notice the breath,
Could you welcome a deep inhale through the nose,
A deep exhale through the mouth,
Once more,
And could you begin to notice the physical sensations in space around you,
And welcoming in some gentle movements,
Wherever you feel called to move,
With the gaze remaining soft,
Or eyes covered still,
Thank yourself for committing time and space for your own being,
For your own being,
And as you move into the day ahead,
You may wish to carry a gentle affirmation with you,
An affirmation to support your inner desires,
This may sound something like,
I am attracting love and abundance into my life,
Or I welcome the universal gifts bestowed to me,
Or it may be something completely different that best supports you,
Whatever it may be,
I wish you so much peace,
