Welcome,

Wise one.

Let's begin with breath,

Your steady anchor and your inner flame.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Fill your lungs.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let it all go.

Again,

Inhale,

Breathe in fresh air,

Energy,

And possibility.

Exhale,

Release fatigue,

Tension,

And the weight of yesterday.

Once more,

Breathe in calm,

Clarity,

Awakening.

Exhale,

Anything you no longer wish to carry.

Let your breath find a gentle,

Natural rhythm.

Now let's begin a guided energy starter with a simple intention.

The intention for today is to feel energized,

Awake,

And ready for this new day.

Inhale and exhale this intention through your body.

I will feel energized,

Awake,

And ready for this new day.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in energy and exhale heaviness.

Let it go.

Keep breathing slowly and calmly.

With each breath in,

Feel your body fill with light.

With each exhale,

Let go of anything holding you back,

Fatigue,

Frustration,

Sadness,

Doubt.

Exhale and let it go.

For the next few moments,

Focus entirely on your breath.

Breathe in positivity,

Use the affirmation if you'd like.

Breathe out what you no longer need.

Now,

Begin to invite more energy into your body.

With each inhale,

Wake up.

With each exhale,

Clear the fog.

Breathe in fresh,

Clear,

Bold.

Breathe out,

Release,

Soften,

Reset.

And now,

Let's bring some gentle movement into the body.

Squeeze your hands into fists,

Tighter,

Tighter.

Feel your muscles awaken and release with a breath.

Close and open your hands a few more times,

Awakening the arms,

Wrists,

And shoulders.

Rub your palms together now.

Feel the friction,

The warmth,

Like electricity between your hands.

Let this heat rise through your arms and into your core.

Now take your hands and move your hands on your feet,

Awakening your feet.

Up and down your ankles.

Feel this electricity move through your hands into your body.

Flex your toes upward,

Then point them down.

Flex your feet and point them down.

Keep flexing and pointing,

Flexing and pointing,

Waking up your legs.

Last deep breath in.

Exhale,

Pause.

Feel the tingling,

Feel the aliveness in your legs.

Now place your hands on your knees.

Rub them up towards your hips and back down to your knees.

You can tap,

You can rub.

Briskly warming your thighs,

Generating even more energy in your lower body.

Let your hands return to your lap.

Pause.

Feel your body humming,

Your energy rising.

Now gently rise to standing,

If that's available to you.

Feet hip-width apart,

Arms at your sides.

Let's reach and breathe.

Inhale,

Raise your right arm,

Reach.

Exhale,

Lower your arm.

Inhale,

Raise your left arm,

Stretch.

Exhale,

Release.

Repeat with me.

In,

Reach.

Exhale,

Relax.

In,

Reach.

Exhale,

Relax.

In,

Reach.

Exhale,

Relax.

In,

Reach.

Exhale,

Relax.

Now let your arms rest gently at your sides and close your eyes.

Turn your attention inward.

Feel the sensations in your body.

Notice your breath moving freely.

Feel calm,

Centered,

But also vibrant and alive.

Now bring your awareness to the core of your body.

Perhaps just behind your belly button or in the center of your chest.

Feel a glowing spark of energy there in the center of your body.

A soft hum,

A quiet buzz.

Focus on that energy.

Encourage it to grow.

Let it expand with ease.

It's your natural power,

Always there.

Feel it spreading.

Through your chest,

Down your legs,

Up your spine.

You are filling with energy.

Clear,

Light,

Electric.

And now,

Begin to speak these affirmations either silently or out loud.

I choose energy.

I feel strong and steady.

My body is alive and powerful.

I awaken with purpose.

I welcome this new day with courage and joy.

I am open to whatever is possible.

I am ready to move,

Ready to grow,

Ready to rise.

Feel these words settle into your bones.

You are calm and energized,

Steady and alive.

And bold,

Centered and alive.

Take one final breath with intention.

Let your inhale gather all your power,

All your joy,

And create momentum in this moment.

And as you exhale,

Softly whisper,

I am ready.

You are.

This is your morning.

This is your time.

Enjoy your day feeling empowered,

Vibrant,

And fully you.

Your day begins now.
