Let's begin here,

In the quiet space between everything you've done today,

And everything still waiting.

This moment is yours,

A sacred pause,

A breath between chapters.

There's nothing you need to fix,

Prove,

Or perform.

Just arrive.

Let the breath find you.

Let your body soften.

You've landed in a space where listening matters more than effort.

Where belonging and being is enough.

Take a deep breath in,

And a long,

Gentle exhale out.

Let the exhale be your invitation inward,

To rest,

To listen,

To reconnect with the quiet wisdom already inside you.

There's nothing you need to do right now,

But be here,

Just as you are.

Let this be your sanctuary,

A place to soften,

To listen,

To return.

Take a slow breath in,

And let it go through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

Ease,

Exhale,

Release.

As you settle into stillness,

Know this,

Your inner wisdom hasn't left you.

It's simply waiting,

For a quiet moment like this to be heard.

You may choose to lie down,

Or remain seated.

Close your eyes.

Let your body be supported.

Let the earth beneath you hold you.

Now take a breath into your belly.

Exhale slowly,

Letting the back body melt.

Let each breath become a bridge between the outer world and your inner sanctuary.

There are moments when the noise of life makes us feel lost,

But every time we come to the mat,

We remember we are not lost.

We are simply being called inward.

This practice is not about effort or striving,

It's about allowing.

Allowing.

Allowing yourself to pause.

Allowing yourself to soften.

Allowing the quiet voice of truth within you to rise.

Let your breath guide you there.

Inhale awareness.

Exhale into presence.

Let's move into some gentle yoga.

Come to lie down on your back in supta baddha konasana.

Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees gently open.

Support your legs with pillows or books if you'd like.

Place a bolster underneath your spine or beneath your knees if that feels good.

Pause the recording to make sure that you are absolutely comfortable.

Let your arms fall open in a T-shape or rest them gently above your head.

Create space across your chest and shoulders.

Settle in now.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Feel your back body soften towards the earth.

With each breath,

Feel yourself being held.

With each exhale,

Feel your thoughts soften.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I welcome stillness.

I welcome the wisdom within me.

I welcome stillness.

I welcome the wisdom within me.

I welcome stillness.

I welcome the wisdom within me.

Take five more deep,

Slow breaths.

Let each exhale bring you deeper into rest.

Take one more deep breath in and out.

And let's get ready to move into our next yoga posture.

Roll to your side and support yourself gently and slowly coming up to seated.

Grab a pillow or a bolster and put it lengthwise on your mat.

Roll onto your left hip.

And your left hip is close enough to the bolster where it might be touching.

Bring both knees bent beside you,

Hips are stacked.

One hand on each side of the bolster.

Gently lower your chest to the bolster.

Rest your left ear down.

Let your body soften.

Let your shoulders drop down and away from your ears.

Allow your breath to deepen.

Inhale,

Full body awareness.

Exhale,

Full body relaxation.

Inhale,

Breathing into your back body.

Exhale,

Relax and soften your front body.

Imagine your inner wisdom as a soft,

Glowing light within you.

With each breath,

This light grows stronger,

Clearer,

More present.

Trust the wisdom within you.

It is always guiding you.

Take three slow breaths here,

Exhaling softly through your mouth.

At the end of your next exhale,

Support yourself,

Come back to seated.

And this time,

Bring your right hip to the floor.

Settle your legs beside you and again,

Turn and face the bolster.

One hand on each side.

Start with your right ear down.

Inhale,

Ease.

Exhale,

Release.

Deep breath in,

Full body awareness.

Exhale,

Full body relaxation.

Inhale,

Breathe into your back body.

And exhale,

Relax your front body.

Let your nervous system relax.

Let your body feel supported.

You don't need to figure anything out.

Your body knows.

Your soul knows.

Trust yourself completely.

Know that you are guided from within.

Silently affirm again,

I welcome stillness.

I welcome the wisdom within me.

Take five soft breaths here.

Allowing,

Resting,

Receiving.

At the end of your next exhale,

Support yourself and either come to seated or roll onto your side body,

Wherever you feel most rested.

Bring your awareness back to your body and you can begin to awaken.

Take a full breath in through the nose and a soft sigh out through the mouth.

Place one hand over your heart,

The other over your belly.

Feel your breath.

Feel your presence.

Repeat silently or out loud,

I welcome my wisdom.

I trust my inner knowing.

I welcome my wisdom.

I trust my inner knowing.

Let this practice remind you that the answers you seek don't live outside you.

They live within and they are waiting to be heard.

Thank you for showing up for yourself today.

From my heart to yours.

Until next time.

This is Shauna.
