Greetings and welcome to today's meditation from the Return,
Release,
Become collection.
The sacred return of burdens.
Take a deep breath in.
One that allows you to arrive without effort.
Let your body.
Settle in its own timing and its own way.
Notice.
Where you are supported.
Notice where your body is already holding you without instruction.
There is nothing that you need to remember.
Right now.
There's nothing that you need to revisit.
And there is nothing that you need to analyze.
This is a sacred return,
Not an excavation.
If there are parts of you that feel cautious about working with infertile or sore burden,
Acknowledge them right now.
You may even say inwardly,
I see you.
We will not take anything away that you still need.
We will only return what does not belong.
Let those parts remain nearby.
Informed.
But not overrun.
Invite them.
To be as they want to be.
And if it feels okay in your system.
Gently invite the quality of self.
The one that feels right,
That feels accessible.
That may feel calm enough or clear enough or grounded enough.
To witness this work.
Remember,
It doesn't need to be 100%.
Just the critical math.
We're inviting it to come in.
So this way you can feel connected.
Seen and heard.
Allow the car to just come in as it feels comfortable to do so.
Just to be with this presence.
It's not transcendent.
It's not detached.
Is simply nice and trustworthy.
Today,
We are returning burdens that were never yours to carry.
Burdens inherited through family,
Burdens absorbed through culture.
Burdens transmitted through blood and cells or early environment.
Burdens shaped by distorted ways,
Others learned to see themselves in the world.
These burdens may have influenced your sense of identity.
Your sense of your self-worth,
Your safety,
Or You're belonging.
They may have shaped who you believed you had to be in order to survive.
Where they are not reflective of your true beingness.
Allow that to just settle in.
Invite your parts to consider that.
And when it feels okay to do so.
Bring your awareness gently to your body.
Not scanning or searching,
But just noticing and being with it.
Being in relationship to your body.
Tuning in to what is present.
Allow your attention to settle into your chest area,
Your belly.
You're s- great.
And if it feels okay to do so.
Allow it to mold.
Deeper.
Into your bones.
Into those places that carry memory.
Without narrative.
And just allow yourself to even go deeper.
Just a little deeper still.
Into your marrow.
Into that generative center of your being,
Place where life is continually renewing,
Where life is continually renewed.
Within you.
And if you can.
Imagine your inner landscape becoming quieter,
More spacious,
More receptive.
Allow your system to show you.
One burden.
That is ready to be returned.
Let your parts know we're not returning all of them.
They don't have to show you all of them,
But just one.
Just one.
That feels ready.
It may appear as a sensation,
Image,
A weight.
A phrase.
A vibration.
Or annoying.
You don't need to understand it.
Just simply notice it.
And if it feels okay to just ask inwardly,
Does this belong to me?
And take a moment just to pause and listen.
And if the answer is no.
It does not belong to you.
Continue.
If there is uncertainty.
Stay here just a little bit longer.
Because nothing needs to move yet.
And when it feels right and you've gotten your answer that it is not yours.
Continue.
If the burden is not yours and it does not belong to you.
Glass.
Where?
Did he come from?
You may sense inside that it's from your family lineage,
Or it's cultural messaging,
Or ancestral,
So I will fix or strategies.
It could be another person's fear or shame or limitation.
It could just be the atmosphere.
You were born into.
It could be something.
That was transmitted to you before you had language.
And before you had choice.
Let whatever arises be enough.
You are not blaming.
You're not judging.
But you are recognizing.
Its origin.
And if it feels doable for you.
From a place of self.
Acknowledge this burden.
And you may say inwardly,
I see how this came to me.
I see why it stayed with me.
And I see that it's not mine.
And if it feels right.
Class dismissed.
If it is ready.
To be returned.
Ask the burden if it's ready to be returned.
Ask your part if it's ready to return it.
And if there is hesitation.
Honor it.
Respect it.
Offer reassurance.
To your parts.
But let safety.
Lead the way.
Uphold their right to choose.
Find help.
What is needed.
In order for them to feel.
Ready to release.
To return.
And when there is readiness.
Invite the burden to separate from your body.
We're not tearing it away.
We're not pulling it away.
We're not forcing it.
We're just inviting it.
To loosen its hold.
We're allowing it.
To loosen its grip.
And as it's doing that,
Just notice.
Notice.
Where it has been residing.
In yourselves.
In your muscles,
In your blood.
In your nervous system.
In the womb space.
In your bones.
In your caps.
In your head.
In your chest.
In your hip.
And your knees.
Just note it.
Where it has been residing.
On your shoulders.
Grr yep.
At the base of your neck.
Just notice.
And if it's possible.
Imagine a frequency.
A sound beginning to move through your system.
And it's not a sound that you're straining to hear.
But it's almost like a vibration that you're also feeling in your body.
A frequency that gently disrupts.
What does not belong.
Allow this vibration to move through the places where the burden has lived.
And you don't need to visualize it perfectly.
Simply think the disruption.
The soft shattering.
The loosening.
Of form.
Allow it to go throughout your body.
Seeing it.
Sealing it.
Let the old frequency break apart.
Allow those old forms.
To disintegrate.
Allow.
What is needed.
For the relief,
For the return.
Allow.
The shattering.
Too loose.
Coherent.
Let it.
Offer freedom to yourself.
It no longer has to organize your cells and clutter up your cells.
Your cells can be free.
Your cells can be liberated.
Allow the frequency.
To reorganize.
Restore.
Regenerate.
Rebirth.
Yourself.
Your organs.
Your being.
Imagine the burden being returned to where it originated.
How does that feel to know?
That it can be returned to where it originated.
Not with anger.
Not with resentment,
But with clarity.
With a knowing.
That it was not yours.
And if it feels okay,
You might even say inside,
Inwardly,
This is not mine.
I return it with respect.
I return it with honor.
I hold it sacredly.
But it no longer lives in me.
Or maybe you might want to say.
I appreciate all that you were doing for me.
I am grateful.
I thank you for the lessons that you have taught me.
The things that you have shown me,
The ways in which you have protected me.
And I return you now.
With gratitude.
With appreciation.
Can you no longer live?
Within me.
And I invite you just to feel the space it leaves behind.
Noted.
How that feels.
That openness.
That spaciousness.
Notice how it feels.
You don't have to rush to fill up space.
With anything right.
Just allow your body to register.
P.
Thanks.
Of what was not yours to hold,
To carry.
Allow your body to get that felt sense.
Of the rule.
Of the space.
Now invite a new frequency.
Enter in.
A healed frequency,
A truthful frequency,
A frequency aligned with your actual being.
And you may experience this frequency as warmth,
Or light,
Or steadiness,
Or expansion,
Or a sense of calm.
But allow this frequency to settle into the spaces that were cleared.
Into the cells.
Into your blood.
Into your bones.
Thanks for your DMA.
Every strand.
Into your marrow.
You Let it recognize you from the inside.
Let it reorganize you.
From the inside.
Let it connect with you from the inside.
This frequency does not need to be named.
It doesn't need to be directed.
It knows where to go.
It knows where it is needed.
Take a gentle breath in.
And just notice your body now.
Notice what feels different.
Notice what feels calmer.
Notice what feels lighter and more spacious.
Notice what feels renewed.
Notice what feels more like you.
And if it feels okay.
You may say inside,
I carry only what is mine.
I live from my own truth.
And allow this statement to land without forcing it.
But inviting your parts to consider it.
Because this is in service of them.
Let them know we only carry what's ours.
And we live from our own truth.
Let your parts know.
You have not erased history.
You have not denied lineage.
But you have.
Restored integrity.
Take another breath in.
And just allow that to land inside.
Integration will continue gently over time.
And your system.
Is remarkable.
Because it knows how to recalibrate.
It knows how to rejuvenate.
It knows how to restore itself.
It knows when rebirth is necessary.
And just allow.
Your body to do what it needs to do.
And when you are ready.
Allow your awareness to widen even more.
Feel the room around you.
Feel your body right now in the here and now.
Or when it feels okay to do so,
You can open your eyes and you can wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
And as you step back into your life,
Into this moment.
In your space.
Carry this new coherence with you.
Allow it to be with you as you go throughout your day.
Thank you so much for joining us for this meditation.
The sacred return of burdens.
From the return,
Release become collection.
Bye-bye for now.
