In those times where you were not protected.
In moments where your spirit learned,
It was safer.
To disappear.

We are not revisiting the harm.
We are retrieving.
What's the vibe?

I'm going to just invite you to bring your attention to your spine.
And just imagine it as a central channel.
A channel that is ancient.
And why.
And capable of holding true.
Feel it even in your bones.
In those places I remember without words.
Those places that held you upright even when you were exhausted.
Even when you want it to collapse.
In those moments where you might've been unsteady.
I'm inviting you to just go even a little bit deeper.
Deeper into your marrow.
Into that place.
Where life is generated.
We're renewal.
Begins again.
Again.
According to its cycle.
And if you can.
Let a saw.
Luminous presence.
Moves through this inner structure as if you are being held.
From many directions all at once.
Supported.
At multiple points inside of your body.
Allow your system to show you.
Just one place.
Where something of you was left behind.
It doesn't have to be the worst moment.
And it doesn't have to be the most overwhelming moment.
Just one place in your system.
That's saying.
Is ready.
You may see a younger version of yourself.
Or it can be a moment that is frozen in time.
It could be a sensation without an image.
Or simply a sense of unknowing.
Something that is familiar.
But whatever comes through.
Know that it's enough.
Approach this part.
Or a moment from self.
Not from a place of urgency.
Let your presence arrive with gentleness and support.
As if safety.
Can come from more than one direction.
And if it feels okay.
Perhaps inwardly.
What do you need from me right now?

In your system to ask.
Would you like?

Allow the part to decide.
Notice how the part responds to that.

It has choice.

If there is a yes,
It could be a silent yes.
It can be a body sensation yes.
It can be a verbal yes.
It could be a written yes.
However your part chooses to communicate with you,
Just see.
If there is a yes.
And just allow them to move slowly.
Out of the old moment.
As they come towards you,
As they step into this new moment.
Let them know they don't have to run,
They don't have to rush.
They can take their time if that feels right for them.
If hesitation arises,
Honor it.
Reassure it.
Do not pull or push or insist.
You don't have to make anything happen.
You're just being with.
If the part has been carrying beliefs,
Emotions,
Or energies.
That do not belong to them.
Such as shame.
Fear,
Self-blame,
Silence.
Worthlessness.
Just invite those birdies.
That they've been carrying.
To become visible.
That they are able to be seen.
But not inside the body.
Invite them to become visible outside of the body.
Where they can be released.
And just notice how your part responds to that.
Notice as all the burdens that they've been carrying all these years,
All these decades.
Are becoming visible.
Outside of.
Your being.
Notice how your part responds as they're releasing.
As they're putting them down outside where they no longer have to carry.
Where they're able to see all the invisible burdens that they've been carrying all these years.
And let them know.
That they can give up?
As much as they want to.
They're not compelled to do it.
They're not forced to do it.
If they can only give up a portion,
That's fine.
They get to choose.
And as they are looking at the burdens becoming visible.
ASDA Are you ready to give this vow?
Are you ready to release this?
And if.
The answer is yes.
Invite the release to happen the way that feels right.
There is no prescriptive way.
To release.
To give back.
They get to choose what is right for them.
So they may want to dissolve it into light.
Or they may want to wash it away with water.
Or they may want it to be carried by their broth.
Or they may want to release it to the earth,
Allow it to return to the earth for transformation.
Or maybe they want to send it out into the cosmos.
And see the upper atmosphere.
Allow them to do what feels right for them.
Just be with them.
Noticed how they're feeling.
Notice how they're responding.
And as you continue to connect,
With your part.
You might say,
This.
Was never.
Yours to hold.
And see how they respond to that.
This was never yours to hold.
And you don't need to do it anymore.
And just know it.
How the apart responds to your words.
Notice what is present for your part.
And when it feels right.
When that feels complete for your part.

To your elbows.
Allow your energy.
As it returns to settle in.
Where it belongs.
And if it feels okay to do so.
But it doesn't have to be.
If it feels okay to bring your retrieved part.
Gently into your present day.
Your present day body,
Your present day circumstances,
Situation,
Your present day environment,
Wherever it wants to go.
Invited in.
Allow it to come forward.
Retrieve it.
That it can sit with you,
It can be with you,
It can be in your heart space,
Whatever feels right to your part.
There is no must that needs to happen.
There's no shoulds that needs to happen.
Your part has choice.
Where does it want to go?
How does it want to be right now in this present day?
And as they come forward,
They come with you.
Update tab.
Let them feel your age now.
Your resources now,
Your capacity now.
Say to them,
You belong with me.
We move forward together.
And see how they respond to that.
What do you notice as you share that message with your part?

And the light can be any color that you want it to be.
It can be teal.

Whatever feels comfortable.

Reassuring to your part.
Just see that.
Imagine that.
Allow that seal of light just to be there in coherence.
And just take a gentle breath in.
