Greetings and welcome to Soul Flow,

Welcome love.
Let's begin by closing your eyes and softening your gaze.
Feel your feet on the ground and your body held by your seat or the floor beneath you.
Let your breath slow,
Your shoulders drop just a little bit and a little bit more.
Allow your belly to soften.
Let yourself arrive in this space at this time,
In your own time.
Gently bring your awareness to your heart.
Place a hand over your chest if it feels right and safe to do so.
Breathe in through your heart space and out through your heart space.
Inhale for a count of five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Now exhale for five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Release anything that does not feel supportive in this moment on each exhale.
Just release it and allow it to pass through and out.
And inhale all that you need.
Compassion,
Hope,
Joy,
Bliss,
Playfulness,
Kindness,
Or maybe it's something else.
But take it in on your inhale.
Breathe in again for five and out for five.
Begin to recall a moment of deep appreciation.
A memory,
A sensation of gratitude,
Love,
Peace,
Connection.
Let it bloom,
Blossom,
Grow in your chest like a warm light.
Stay with it.
Ask yourself gently,
What is present in my heart right now?
What do I want more of today?
What does my heart need to feel safe and open?
And just pause and listen.
I invite you to become aware of any parts of you that are showing up right now.
Maybe a curious part,
A skeptical part.
A tired part,
A joyful part.
Maybe it's a part that needs to feel seen or one that wants to be heard or attended to at this moment.
Welcome them all.
Let them know that they are safe.
Tell them that you're listening.
And you may even ask,
What part needs the most love right now?
Ask it.
Is it willing to be with you,
To share with you?
Does it need anything from you in order to feel safe and to open up to this experience?
Now,
If it does,
Are you willing to offer this gift to your courageous part?
Let that part know it doesn't have to do it alone.
That you are here,
Right here with it.
And you appreciate it.
Take a moment to scan your body.
Going from your head,
To your neck,
To your shoulders,
Your torso,
Your arms.
Going down to your hips,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Notice what's alive,
What's tingling.
Where is there tightness or a sense of ease?
Where in your body do you feel an emotion,
A memory,
Some openness,
Or maybe even some resistance?
Simply notice.
In this space,
There is no fixing,
No changing,
Just presence.
Simple observation.
Now let yourself imagine what it would feel like to move with your soul's rhythm today.
To say yes to the unknown.
To meet this moment with curiosity and not control.
With ease and not effort.
With play and not performance.
Whisper to yourself,
I trust my soul to lead me through this moment.
Did you hear it?
Did you hear that?
I trust my soul to lead me through this moment.
Allow your breath to soften even more.
Let your awareness expand.
Let the invitation land deep within you.
Ask yourself,
What did I feel?
Where did I feel it?
What part of me showed up?
What did it ask before?
Explore this with curiosity and just lean in a little bit more.
What did I invite in?
How do I feel now after this experience?
Where do I feel that in my body?
And take a moment just to settle in with that and to be with it.
Now gently begin your return to the space.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Roll your shoulders.
Readjust your neck.
And gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
You are here.
You are whole.
And you are flowing.
Allow that to land in your heart.
In your soul.
Allow yourself to be with.
Take this sensation.
Take this memory.
Take this energy with you as you go throughout this day.
Walk in the sacred unfolding.
Allow it to guide you today.
