Hi and welcome.
Today we're going to do the meditation surrender.
I must get help.
Phase 7.
I'm going to invite you just to take a deep breath in and release it slowly through your mouth.
And another.
And as you do,
Allow yourself to get comfortable and relaxed with each inhale and every exhale.
I'm going to invite you just to picture yourself carrying a heavy weight on your shoulders.
You've been carrying this weight for years and years and years.
So long that you don't even question.
You don't question it anymore.
You've been carrying it around for so long that it's just part of your reality.
It's part of your daily routine.
It's normal to carry this heavy weight on your shoulders.
But what if you didn't have to?
What if you didn't have to carry it alone?
What if you no longer had to carry it?
Take a deep breath in and allow that just to settle in.
Imagine someone standing beside you.
A mentor,
A friend,
A guide.
Someone who sees you,
Not for your mistakes,
But for your potential.
They see the possibilities that are alive in you.
They reach out,
Offering some help.
But something inside you resists.
Perhaps it whispers,
I should be able to do this on my own.
Or maybe no one will understand.
Sit with this resistance for a moment.
Observe.
Where in your body do you feel it?
Where is it most pronounced?
What if surrender was not a sign of failure,
But a sign of strength?
What if asking for help was the first act of real power?
Imagine yourself sitting down part of that weight,
Even for a moment,
Taking it off your shoulders,
Allowing yourself to feel the lightness that comes with that action.
What would it feel like to be supported,
To feel supported,
To know that you're supported?
Maybe even to not walk alone.
Breathe in deeply and let that idea just settle in.
Help is not weakness.
It is the door to freedom.
Ask yourself,
What if I allow myself to receive it?
What if I allow myself to partake in freedom?
What would my life be like if?
As you go throughout the day,
Just contemplate that.
What would it be like if you allowed yourself to walk through the door of freedom?
What would it be like if you accepted help?
Thank you for tuning in.
Bye bye for now.
