Welcome to today's meditation,

The rationalization phase.

It's not affecting my life.

Today we're going to focus in on increasing self-willingness and challenging some justifications.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Imagine a ripple effect,

Like a stone dropping into water.

Each action creates movement,

Whether you see it or not.

Take a moment to reflect.

Have there been moments when your actions,

No matter how small,

Impacted your relationships,

Your work,

Your sense of self?

Have there been consequences that you just brushed aside?

Imagine watching a loved one affected by your choices,

Not with shame,

But with honesty.

What would they say to you if they could speak freely?

What would they share with you?

And just notice how that feels in your body.

Notice where you're feeling it.

What does your body want you to know?

What do you need to know?

Truth is not justifications.

It's an observation.

Observe the ripples in the water.

Pay attention to the small shifts.

Today you're invited to notice all the ripples,

To be aware of when it's happening,

When it's happening,

Why it's happening,

And with whom it's happening.

Observe all the little ripples in your life today.

Take it in.

Write them down.

Explore them with curiosity.

Truth is not justifications.

It's an observation.

You are an observer.

Observe the ripples in your life.

Build self-awareness.

Increase self-honesty.

And challenge justifications.

Take a deep breath in and release it through your mouth.
