Do you suffer or do not accept or know how to process deep emotional pain from the death of a loved one? I was inspired to create this for my 80-year-old mom, who's younger sister died 30 years ago... she is still grieving and has lots of emotional pain, I prayed and recorded it while at the ocean where I live in Key Biscayne Fl, and it began to rain! I stayed... I felt the sky was crying for all those who are holding on to the pain. Let's release together. Let's turn our rain into rainbows.

Transcript

Lay down or sit down in a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to feel safe and supported.

Remember that you are loved,

So loved by our Creator.

Life and death are a natural part of our human existence,

Yet so many of us struggle with the loss of a loved one.

Have your parents died?

Do you have a sibling who passed away?

Sometimes at an earlier age,

Where we have such a hard time accepting that they're gone.

But what if they're not gone?

What if the only thing that lives is their physical body,

And their spirit lives forever in your heart?

What if the way that you've been looking at your loved one's passing and transition is what's hurting you the most?

Are you willing to see their transitioning through different lenses today,

So that you can heal your heart,

And let your heart breathe,

And let your soul breathe?

Have you been holding on to a lot of sadness for many,

Many years?

Unprocessed emotions?

Maybe their death caused you to feel a shock,

It might have been unexpected,

Or you may have even been there when they transitioned.

No matter what,

Of course,

We feel emotional pain.

Allow yourself to put your right hand over your chest,

And connecting to your heart right now with your eyes closed,

Inhale deeply,

Feeling your heart.

Deep breath in,

Exhale.

This meditation might cause emotions of the past to come up and come out.

Feel grateful if you start to cry,

Because that just simply means that there's emotions that are releasing and processing.

Sometimes we harbor these emotions for many,

Many,

Many years,

And our bodies are not designed to hold.

We are meant to flow.

We are meant to release.

That's our nature.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Exhale,

Open your mouth.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale,

Focusing on creating that sound.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Think about a loved one that you've had a really hard time letting go of,

The sadness,

Maybe you have some guilt related to their passing,

Frustration,

Regrets,

Or resentments.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale,

Allowing yourself to feel all the emotions as they arise.

Allowing the sound of my voice and all the other sounds to support your release.

If tears come out,

Welcoming them,

Inviting them,

As it's raining right now,

It's perfectly raining right now,

To remind us that it's natural for us to cry,

To release,

To allow our emotions to be processed with the rain.

Inhale deeply,

Breathing into your eyes,

Ah,

What have I not wanted to see?

What have I not wanted to feel?

It's been too painful for me,

Expanding even more,

And you can massage your heart,

Stroking your chest,

However you feel called to support yourself right now.

Ah,

I'm here for you,

You're the most important thing in my life,

You're alive,

God wants you to be here,

Your life is precious,

Not to be taken for granted.

Feel the aliveness activated in you right now,

Taking a deeper breath,

Feeling so grateful,

I am alive,

I am alive,

I am alive,

I am alive.

Tap on your chest and feel the aliveness,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap on your heart,

I am meant to be here right now.

Can you trust that your loved one was meant to transition when they did?

Even if you may say no,

Some of us are angry at God,

Some of us do not accept what has happened,

Some of us think it should have been us first,

There's so many things that we create in our minds that only hurt us,

It's not actually what's happened that hurts you,

It's what you've made up about it,

The narrative,

The meaning,

It's what you perceive that is hurting you so much,

Are you willing to let go of all that so that you can enjoy even more the aliveness that is activated in you right now?

If you feel guilty,

Are you willing to let that go?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

And maybe you're resisting,

Are you willing to love that part of you that resists,

Maybe you feel like you deserve to suffer,

Are you willing to love those parts of you that are having such a hard time accepting all of this?

Your breath will always liberate you and your sounds,

Allowing your sounds to massage your heart,

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale,

Ah,

Inhale slowly,

Exhale,

Ah,

Inhale,

Exhale,

And allow your loved one to appear in front of you,

Your mind doesn't know the difference between what you imagine and what is real,

See your loved one standing right in front of you,

Thank them for being in your life,

Honoring that they are still with you,

Always in your heart,

And you can ask them,

Is there anything you want me to know?

Notice what arises in your heart,

And you can let them know how much you miss them,

You can give them a hug,

And tell them whatever you feel called to tell them,

And allowing all those emotions to come up,

All emotions are welcome,

Whatever you're feeling is perfect for you,

What would I like to tell my loved one if I could see them again,

Get it all off your chest,

Tap your chest if you need to,

If you need to yell,

Scream,

Cry,

Ah,

Honor yourself,

It's been way too long that you've been holding this inside,

You're not meant to,

It's not natural,

Vent,

It's like opening up a window,

Open up that window of emotions and let it out,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you for being with yourself and honoring your feelings,

You're so worth it,

Do you give yourself permission to accept everything that's happened,

To accept life as much as death,

Deep breath in,

And to enjoy every moment of your life as a celebration of life,

And to love everyone who's here alive right now,

Fully and freely,

And all those who've transitioned,

Continue to love them fully and freely,

And realize that we are so much more than a physical body,

We are light,

We are consciousness,

And we are all one,

We're not separate,

We are so much more than what our mind understands,

Trust me,

Allow yourself to feel that love expanding even more for your loved ones who are here physically and have transitioned,

Deep breath into your heart,

Feeling so grateful for the miracle of life and the miracle of death,

For all the plants,

Everything in nature dies and is rebirthed,

And are you willing to rebirth right now,

And feel anew,

Invite an even richer life,

An even richer appreciation for your life,

Right now,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Open up your arms,

Open up your legs,

Open up and receive your precious breath,

Feeling the breath expanding even more in you,

And thanking all your loved ones for teaching you this beautiful awareness that would have never happened if they didn't transition,

Thank you,

Thank you,

I love you,

And see your loved ones who've transitioned integrating with you,

One love,

One magical light of love,

And so it is,

Come back to this meditation anytime you're feeling heavy,

Or sad,

Or depressed,

To invite you to process those hurts energetically,

Emotionally,

And physically,

Thank you for lightening your load,

For when we do,

We benefit the collective.
