Guided meditation to ignite our feminine energy.
Lay down in a comfortable position where you feel completely supported so that you can nest your body for these next minutes and dive deeper into the feminine energy.
The feminine energy is all about speaking our truth,
Knowing what we desire,
Being more receptive and feeling this sense of profound openness.
The feminine energy is also about listening to the stirrings of our heart,
Honoring our gut feelings and allowing ourselves to live from our intuitive guidance.
The more we're self-aware of our bodily sensations,
The more we get to tap into also our innate body wisdom.
Being in touch with our sensuality helps us to strengthen our ability to be comfortable with our femininity.
Allow yourself to become more sensual now by focusing on the sensations of sound,
Noticing the sound of the music,
The sound of my voice,
And allow all sounds to deepen your sense of being in this present moment now.
Allow yourself to inhale deeply and feel the expansion of your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your pelvis.
Inhaling long and slow,
Feeling everything.
Allowing yourself to surrender and let go.
Each sound guiding you deeper and deeper into a state of complete relaxation,
Peace.
And allowing yourself to reflect on these questions,
What is the most happiest moment of my life?
When you think of the happiest feelings you've ever experienced in your life,
The happiest moments,
What are those happiest moments?
And allow yourself to feel the feelings,
The sensations of those memories,
Allowing them to come into your body,
Reliving them in this moment once again.
The happiest moments of my life.
We're gonna create the most loving state of our own selves now.
And who do you love the most?
Bring them here into this room.
Who do I love the most?
Feel how grateful you are to be able to love so deeply.
Use your inhalation to bring in those feelings into your body.
You are creating your state of feeling and being right now.
Feeling so grateful for these people in your life.
I love you.
I love you.
And remembering that the only way that you can love these people is because this is how much you love yourself.
We can only love others to the degree of how much we love ourselves.
Asking yourself on a scale of zero to 10,
How much do I love myself?
Ten is the highest you could ever love yourself.
Zero to 10 on average,
If you could average it out,
Where am I at?
And recognizing that you can love these people only to the amount of what you love yourself.
And allowing yourself now to reflect on this question,
What are you most grateful for?
What do you appreciate the most about yourself?
What are the aspects of you that you're most grateful for and appreciate the most?
When it comes to yourself,
How do you feel?
What do I love about myself?
What am I so grateful about myself?
What do I appreciate about myself?
And allow that to swell in your heart.
And maybe you wish it were more.
Maybe you wish it were different.
Letting yourself feel whatever comes up.
Feel free to feel what's really there.
When it comes to my own relationship with my feminine energy,
What comes up for me?
How do I feel about my feminine body?
Do I make the time to nurture my physical body?
Do I prioritize eating healthy food and having healthy thoughts about my physical body?
When I think about the feminine energy and what it means to be a woman,
How do I feel about that?
Do I love being a woman?
And when it comes to the feminine energy,
The feminine aspects of intuition,
Being vulnerable,
Being nurturing,
Being sensual,
Being soft and creative,
Being receptive and accepting,
Speaking my truth.
How do I feel about it?
How do I feel about my feminine energy and feminine qualities in myself?
And simply notice what arises.
Take a deep breath in.
Have I made connecting to my feminine parts a priority?
What about my feminine sexuality?
How do I feel about my vagina,
My uterus,
My ovaries,
My menstrual cycle,
My ability to create,
My ability to create life?
Breathe in and feel.
Do I give myself permission to be a woman that is sexy,
Sensual,
Empowered?
Or do I feel I would like to own more my sexuality,
My sexual energy?
Or has it been a struggle for me?
Taboo.
And if we go back to our childhood,
To that very first sexual experience ever,
How was it for me?
The very,
Very,
Very first time I had sex with another person.
Did I enjoy the experience or did it come with a lot of guilt and shame?
Have I repressed my sexual power in any way or do I feel free to express my creative energy?
And when I think back to that first sexual experience,
How did it impact the rest of my life?
Did it empower me?
Did it help me to connect deeper with myself?
Am I still holding on to any emotions from that first experience?
Allow yourself to process it now.
If there's been any guilt or shame or blame or fear,
Regret or anger,
Sadness,
Are you ready,
Willing and able to process it now?
How would I like to feel about my sexuality,
My feminine energy?
Intimacy.
Is intimacy with myself comfortable for me or do I run away from feeling,
Especially those uncomfortable feelings?
Where am I at when it comes to intimacy?
Seeing into me or do I focus on others,
Trying to change them or fix them or helping them,
Ignoring myself.
Take a deep breath into your inner thighs,
Between your tailbone and your pubic bone.
Breathe down.
Exhale ah.
Breathe down your inner thighs,
Down your inner knees,
Inner calves,
Ankles and feel your roots,
The lowest part of your body.
Tailbone pubic bone,
Perineum,
Pelvic floor.
Breathe and expand the feeling down.
How do I feel in general about myself?
Do I support myself with my words and actions?
Am I my own best friend?
Do I feel safe being in the world and being in my body?
And if there's any fear,
Are you willing to process it right now,
Breathing in and breathing out?
Releasing all stress,
All tension,
All fears,
All lack,
All scarcity now.
Inhale inhale inhale,
Exhale ah.
Are you willing to reprogram your mind and create a new program,
One of abundance,
One of support,
Trusting yourself?
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Inhale inhale inhale,
Ah.
And have I been doing,
Doing,
Doing and going,
Going,
Going and avoiding and distracting for fear of the unknown or uncomfortableness feeling deeply what's really there.
And so we're going to say,
I'm sorry feminine energy,
Please forgive me if I've disconnected or abandoned myself from my own feminine grace.
I'm sorry,
I love you.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
Breathe into your body and feel what is there.
Noticing the expansion,
The elongation.
Imagine yourself feeling that you can trust,
That you can trust yourself.
That you could trust your feelings that it's safe to be in your body and it's safe to feel so deeply because now you know how to process all your emotions.
Inhale inhale inhale,
Ah.
And we're going to squeeze and relax our pelvic floor between the pubic bone and tailbone,
Squeeze and relax,
Squeeze and relax,
Squeeze and relax,
Pubic bone,
Tailbone.
There's these muscles,
They're hammock shaped,
The perineum,
The pelvic floor.
And notice as you contract and relax these muscles,
How does it feel to contract and relax down here?
Contract relax,
Contract relax.
Am I connected or have I neglected?
Where am I at?
Whatever your feeling is all welcome.
I welcome all my sensations,
I welcome all my emotions,
I welcome all my feelings.
I'm all encompassing now.
We're practicing being in the feminine,
Allowing yourself to listen to the sensations of your heart.
Maybe then feel your heart expanding,
Your chest,
Maybe you feel sad,
Maybe you're confused,
Maybe you're scared,
Maybe you know that some relationship is over but it's too sad to confront that truth.
Are you willing to be in your truth regardless of how it makes you feel?
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
And can you imagine having such healthy boundaries with your intimate relationships?
Being able to say no and really feeling empowered?
And are you willing to feel what it would feel like to be confident,
To feel so worth it,
Interdependent,
Joyful and proud of yourself?
Imagine what it would feel like if you felt so connected to yourself and very clearly feeling your true heart's desires.
Imagine being able to feel more that you are an abundant queen goddess who feels her sexual energy flowing through her body.
We're going to inhale three sniffs up the body to the crown of the head and out and expand out beyond the crown and back down.
Squeeze and relax your pelvic floor.
Squeeze and relax.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale upwards,
Connecting to your vibrancy,
Your aliveness.
Remembering that you are a powerful creator that can create whatever you desire.
And every now and then,
Even if some other thoughts that might weigh you down a little bit might come in,
Imagine having the ability to sustain your state elevated and feel lovable and feel confident and for it to be easier to come back to a state of peace and calm.
Imagine that you have empowered yourself and practiced so many times coming back to peaceful calm that it is easy for you and you look forward to when you get triggered because you know that it's simply an opportunity to strengthen yourself.
Imagine feeling that you know that you have the power to improve your life,
That you feel powerful and fulfilled.
Imagine feeling so accepting of yourself and that it's so easy to attract conscious,
Healthy,
Empowering relationships in your life.
Imagine yourself already in a sacred union,
A romantic partnership with your highest version of yourself partner.
Imagine how fulfilled you feel.
Imagine feeling that it's normal for you to already live your dream life.
It's normal.
It feels this is what you are used to.
Inhale,

Inhale.
And asking yourself,
What would I do differently in my life if I knew that I could not fail,
If I knew that I could only succeed,
Where in my life would I take more risks?
What would I do and how would I do this and be this if I knew that I could only succeed?
And what if I felt so comfortable being sexual and sexy,
Attractive,
Magnetic?
What if I lived turned on to life and turned on to myself being myself?
What if I was so into myself in a soulful way and I love myself exactly as I am?
Imagine feeling so accomplished,
So proud of yourself,
So accepting of yourself regardless of what was happening and going on in your life.
What if you already were your own best friend and your biggest cheerleader and your greatest lover and it was normal for you and you show up that way regardless of what's going on around you?
The highest version of yourself,
Getting turned on to that,
The highest version of yourself where you trust yourself,
You know yourself,
Where you know that you are a powerful creator and that you create deliberately and that your words have power and every single word that you choose,
You're conscious of it because you know the power of you.

We attract more when we have an elevated emotion so feel it.

And feel as if it's already true.

I am so grateful that I know how to expand my creative energy to expand upwards even more.
I'm so grateful that I know how to command my energy.
I know how to shift my energy from the inside out.
I am no longer dependent on outside sources for my energy.
I am not dependent on outside what I feel and how I feel.
I choose to create my elevated state.
And remember,
In your life,
The more you do these practices,
There are going to be triggers.
You're going to feel the opposite of elevated.
Allow that to be welcomed and processed.
And that not love will want to come up and out.
Are you willing to be the whole holiest expression of love?
Are you willing to be the most complete version of love within yourself?
And to remember that that is what you are.
This is how you were born to be.
Love.
Love is the full acceptance of everything.

And so ask yourself as we go deeper,
Where am I not loving myself?
Where am I criticizing myself?
Where am I not good enough?
Who am I angry at?
Who do I avoid?
What do I avoid?
Let it come up and come out.
Who do I get to forgive?
What do I get to forgive of myself?
Where am I not showing up as confidence?
Where am I showing up in fear and lack and scarcity?
And love that part of you and process those feelings.
Where have I judged,
Criticized,
And disconnected from myself?
What am I ashamed about?
What am I hiding?
See what comes up for you.
These questions cause us to think and feel.
What have I been hiding?
What have I been avoiding?
Where do I get to love myself more now?
And I invite you to place your hand over your chest and your abdomen and start to caress your heart,
Your chest,
Your abdomen.
Start to feel even more.
We tend to hold emotions around these areas,
The heart,
The gut.
Have I been frozen and disconnected in my stiff and tense and tight and painful here?
Begin the feeling process.
Today's your day to feel more and stay.
Some of us run away.
We do this to protect ourselves.
What if I was safe and I no longer had to run?
What would it be like for me to stay and tell yourself,
You are so worth it?
I decide to stay.
Continue to caress yourself,
To love yourself.
And even if it might feel uncomfortable,
You choose to stay in this activity.
Touch those parts that you have felt were ugly,
Were not important,
Were not worthy,
Were not lovable.
You are your greatest healer for yourself.
Become the medicine.
And tell yourself,
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
Allowing yourself to continue breath after breath,
To feel and to flow until you feel you're ready to go.
And sometimes we rush through it because we're so used to this.

To avoid.
And so you choose to discover true intimacy with self today.
To stay.
To go deeper and to feel deeper.
You can ask your body,
Where would you like me to touch you and nurture you?
Where can I create more loving connection with myself?
And listen.
And be patient.
And if you feel resistance today,
Love yourself anyway.
And tell yourself it's okay.
I love you.

And so this was meant to be a feeling exercise,
A going deeper exercise,
And getting in touch with these feminine qualities.
And so ask yourself now,
How do I feel now?
Was it easy for me to go deeper and feel everything?
And what are the emotions that I'm sensing right now?
How do I feel about feeling myself?
What's really in my body?
What am I holding still?
And remember you can always breathe into those parts.
And exhale.
Even if it might feel uncomfortable at times,
You decide to stay.
You decide to be emotionally available even if uncomfortable feelings may arise.
And the more you cultivate this practice,
The more you will attract friends in romantic relationship where the person is able to stay when it gets challenging.
Because you do that.
We can only attract what we are.

And remember you can listen to this meditation again and again and again to become more familiar with being emotionally available.
To become more familiar with being connected to the feminine qualities.
