She offers meditations and teachings that bring listeners back to their bodies and breath, with a particular focus on deepening into any felt emotion, whether pleasant or unpleasant. She received a Mindfulness Mentor certification through her training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and combines this practice with her therapeutic background to offer guidance for healing and presence. Her hope for all students is that they learn to find for themselves a spacious inner ground of kindness and awareness, because it is from this place that we return to our true selves and find the next right steps for our lives.
