I hope this meditation brings some grounding and light into your day.
As always,
I'm always here for your being and becoming.
Now let's begin this meditation.
Have you ever noticed?
That just as someone gets closer to you.
Part of you quietly begins to step away.
Not because you don't care,
Not because you don't want love,
But because closeness can sometimes feel unfamiliar.
Today isn't about changing that.
It's simply about noticing it.
Take a slow breath in through the nose.
And let it leave the body without forcing it.
Feel your weight supported beneath you.
Notice the places where your body feels relaxed and the places still holding tension.
There's nothing to fix.
Nothing to perform.
Just allow yourself to be here.
Exactly as you are.
Bring to mind someone who has genuinely tried to know you.
Someone who wanted to get a little closer.
Notice what happens inside your body,
Not the story,
The sensation.
Maybe your chest tightens.
Maybe your stomach braces.
Maybe you feel the urge to change the subject.
To become busy,
To pull away.
See if you can simply observe that part of yourself,
Not with frustration,
But with curiosity.
That part of you learned to protect something.
In today.
It doesn't need judging,
Only understanding.
What if this distance was never the problem?
What if it was simply the best way your nervous system knew how to stay safe?
And if that's true.
.
.
Then perhaps safety doesn't come from closing your heart.
Perhaps it begins with gently staying present.
One moment longer than you usually would.
Awareness is where new choices begin.
Take one final slow breath in.
And breathe out completely.
You don't need to force yourself to open.
You only need to become aware of the moments you begin to close.
Because awareness creates space.
And in that space,
Connection becomes possible.
