Deep breath in and exhale gently.

Let your eyes soften or close.

Begin by imagining the entire workday,

Emails,

Meetings,

Conversations,

Gently fading into the background.

Nothing needs your attention now.

You have done enough.

You are enough.

Gently inhale for four,

Hold for two,

Exhale for six.

Again,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Feel your shoulders drop and your jaw release.

Bring awareness to the top of your head.

Let a wave of relaxation move down your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your neck,

Down your shoulders and arms.

Feel your chest soften,

Your abdomen loosen,
