Meditation Timer OnlineAfter spending more than two decades in the finance world, Yogita witnessed firsthand how constant pressure, deadlines, and high expectations can take a profound toll on mental and physical well-being. She saw brilliant colleagues — and eventually herself — struggle with stress, anxiety, and burnout. As she stepped into the role of a well-being champion at work, Yogita discovered the transformative power of simple practices: a few minutes of mindful breathing or gentle movement could noticeably shift someone’s energy, clarity, and mood. This realisation sparked a deeper personal journey. She travelled to India to study meditation and mindfulness in their traditional settings and later trained in Hatha Yoga, pranayama, and breathwork in Goa. These practices reshaped her life — grounding her, healing her, and reconnecting her with a sense of inner steadiness she didn’t realise she had been missing. Mediate With Yogi was born from that journey. Today, Yogita guides individuals through gentle, accessible practices that help quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance. Her intention is simple: to help people breathe better, move consciously, and return home to themselves — one breath at a time.
