Everyone

This beginner dynamic breathwork session uses two controlled rounds of rapid breathing, tension holds, and recovery breaths to gently stimulate and train your nervous system. You’ll perform 10 active breaths, followed by a full inhale with a brief muscle squeeze, structured breath holds, and a recovery breath. The sequence is designed to build breath control, improve stress tolerance, and increase body awareness. Expect to feel alert, grounded, and energized by the end of the session.
