
Breathing Into Spaciousness
This meditation is designed for those moments when life feels too busy and you just need to catch your breath. We’ll start by settling in and becoming aware of the places in your body that are longing for more space, letting your own physical wisdom guide your awareness. From there, we will practice a handful of regulating breaths together, focusing on extending the exhale to calm the nervous system. After this short breathing practice, you’ll have time to linger in the quiet space you’ve created, noticing how a simple inner shift can change how you experience the world around you.
