You're here now friend,
Let yourself land,
Give yourself a breath.
Maybe something happened that threw you off balance,
Or maybe it's just the cumulative effect of one thing after another,
But you're here now.
It can be so easy to forget that we have the option to choose what we focus on,
Especially when the chatter of our mind is loud.
We can look at life as a series of choices from one moment to the next,
And now you're choosing to shift.
Inhale and exhale.
Begin to sense any of the lingering stressful energy that brought you to this desire to shift.
Feeling the sensations in your body,
Observing any thoughts in your mind.
Notice how the energy is moving,
Or maybe it feels stuck.
Begin to imagine the energy moving,
Finding its way down and out through the hands and feet,
Guiding it with your intention,
Helping to move it along.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Now imagine yourself standing,
Your feet on the ground,
And begin to sense the space around you.
A few feet in front of you and off to one side is a glowing light.
Imagine yourself turning your body towards this light,
Finding that pivot.
Feeling that light wash all over you,
Making its way to the places that need it most.
Giving yourself another breath,
And what are you aware of now?
Take a few moments to be with this new energy,
Inviting it to support you through the rest of your day.
The pivot comes from within.
Remember,
You can always find your way back to that light.
Give yourself one more breath here.
Take your time coming back into the room,
And go gently,
