During this exercise, we’re going to deepen our mindful abdominal breathing experience, while first being guided by a meditative narrative using mindful breathing and a full body scan. Then, we will relax into the music you will hear. Noticing while the soothing music flows through your body, how your body and mind are experiencing this deep, personal experience. Noticing that daily concerns can be there, while you are experiencing a kind of acknowledgment and acceptance. You are here now; there is nothing else to do but breathe. You are completely all right just as you are, while you are experiencing increasing acceptance of yourself...without judgment or self-criticism. And flowing with the music...
