In this calm, relaxed state, we may see an enhancement taking place that enables you to breathe mindfully, without judgment or criticism of yourself. You may also be able to experience a deeper connection between your body, thoughts, and emotions, and the music that is playing. Whatever your current place is, it’s the right place for right now.
