Resilience is the ability to face life's challenges with inner strength,
Adaptability and optimism.
Throughout this session I invite you to connect with your own capacity to overcome adversities and find the strength within yourself.
Acknowledge that you have everything you need to face life's challenges with courage and determination.
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can completely relax.
And whenever you feel ready,
Slowly close your eyes.
Inhale deeply,
Allowing the fresh air to fill your lungs.
And exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Now allow your body to find its natural rhythm of breathing and simply accompany it with your awareness.
Noticing the gentle movements that arise in your body as you inhale and exhale.
We will begin with an alternate nostril breathing exercise to balance the body and mind.
Place your right hand in front of your face with your fingers extended.
Use your thumb to gently close your right nostril and breathe deeply through your left nostril,
Counting to 4.
Then close your left nostril with your ring finger and exhale slowly through your right nostril,
Counting to 8.
Inhale again through your right nostril,
Counting to 4.
Then close the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril,
Counting to 8.
Repeat this cycle several times,
Maintaining a smooth and steady rhythm,
Allowing each inhalation and exhalation to bring you calmness and balance.
If you feel a bit dizzy or short of breath,
Simply return to your natural breathing and rest in it.
Remember that it is always important to listen the messages of your body.
Now imagine that within you resides a seed that represents your strength.
A light that shines even in the darkest moments.
With each inhalation,
Imagine this seed being nourished with love and courage,
And feel it rooting deeply within your being,
Strengthening you from the inside out.
Visualize a difficult situation that you have overcome in the past and observe how you have learned and grown from this experience.
Acknowledge your inner strength and your ability to face any challenges that comes your way.
Accept your emotions as they come,
Without judging them or repressing them.
Allow yourself to feel,
But also remember that you are greater than your circumstances.
Now if it feels good to you,
Repeat the following affirmations in your mind or aloud.
I am strong and capable of facing any challenge that comes my way.
I trust in my ability to overcome difficulties and learn from them.
Every obstacle is an opportunity to grow and strengthen my resilience.
I allow myself to feel my emotions and then move forward with determination and courage.
As we approach the end of the meditation,
Bring your attention back to your breath,
Feeling it gently entering and exiting your body.
Thank your breath for its constant support.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes and carry with you the feeling of resilience and inner power for the rest of your day.
