Dear one.

As the day begins to unfold,

Let's take a moment to set the tone with clarity,

Energy and intention.

This is your time to connect deeply with your breath,

Awakening not just your body,

But also your mind and spirit to the possibilities of today.

Start by sitting comfortably in a way that feels right for you.

Allow your spine to lengthen,

Creating a sense of openness and readiness.

Let your shoulders soften and your hands rest naturally in your lap or by your sides.

If you feel comfortable,

Gently close your eyes or keep them softly focused.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the coolness of the air as it fills your lungs.

Hold it gently for a moment,

Then release it slowly through your mouth as if you're exhaling into the morning sky.

Let's do this again.

Inhale deeply,

Feel that expansion,

That sense of possibility.

And exhale slowly,

Releasing anything that feels heavy or stagnant.

Now,

Bring your awareness fully to your breath.

Notice how it moves effortlessly like a wave rolling onto the shore and retreating again.

Imagine drawing in the soft golden light of the morning sun.

Feel it traveling through your nose,

Filling your chest and spreading warmth to every corner of your body.

As you exhale,

Picture this light radiating outward,

Repeat this cycle a few times,

Breathing in light and exhaling it out into the world.

Now,

Let's engage in a simple yet energizing breathing pattern to awaken your whole being.

This is called the 4-4-6-2 breath.

Begin by inhaling deeply for a count of four.

Holding the breath at the top for four.

Exhaling slowly and completely for six.

And pausing for two.
