Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to be held by the surface beneath you.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to soften a little more.
Feel the weight of your body.
The support beneath you.
And the natural rhythm of your breathing.
Just allow yourself to arrive here,
Perhaps as though you have been carrying many questions for a very long time,
And,
For these few moments,
You can finally put them down.
There may be questions you have carried quietly for years.
What am I supposed to do with my life?
Am I on the right path?
You don't need to answer any of them right now.
Imagine gathering all those questions gently into your hands.
And then placing them somewhere safe.
And let yourself experience what it feels like not to know.
Notice the space that appears when you stop asking your life to give you an answer.
There is nothing missing from this moment.
Your breath is here.
Your body is here.
Life is moving through you without asking you to understand it.
Perhaps you can feel the quiet miracle of simply being alive without needing to turn that experience into a purpose.
Now bring to mind something small that you love.
It could be a person,
An animal,
A place,
A song.
Don't think about what it means.
Just let yourself feel what happens inside you when you bring it close.
Maybe this is one of the places where life touches you.
And perhaps,
Somewhere beneath all the questions,
There is a gentle knowing that you don't have to force your way toward your life.
You can meet it as it comes.
You can trust that you don't have to see the entire path to take the next step.
If it feels natural,
Imagine something greater than yourself holding you here.
Maybe it is God,
The universe,
Nature,
Or simply the mystery of life itself.
Let yourself rest in the possibility that you are part of something much larger than the questions you carry.
Take a slow breath and allow yourself to softly receive this moment.
There is a whole life ahead of you and perhaps meaning doesn't need to be waiting at the end of it.
Perhaps it can meet you along the way,
In the moments you choose to be present for the life that is already unfolding.
And now slowly return to your breath.
To your body.
To the space around you.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Bringing with you a little more trust in the unfolding of your life and the freedom to discover its meaning as you go.
