
Release Anxiety Around Wealth To Attract More
Anxiety seems to be the top most emotion for most of us when it comes to wealth or abundance. It doesn't matter what the number in your bank account is. If you've been anxious around the topic of wealth for a long time, it continues to magnify over time. Welcome to this meditation where we will practice how to release anxiety around your wealth.
So let's begin with a few deep breaths to ground ourselves in this practice.
I want you to be seated for this meditation with your spine erect.
Make sure your body is alert and upright,
But not too stiff or tight.
It doesn't need to be slumped either.
Bring a gentle awareness to your posture.
Now gently place one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest.
Do not press into your chest or your stomach.
Just gently lay your hand.
Now we will be inhaling for a count of five,
Holding for a count of four and exhaling to the count of eight.
Follow my instructions.
Inhale 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold 4,
3,
2,
1.
Exhale slowly through the mouth to eight counts.
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
And 1.
For the next breath,
Feel your stomach go out as you breathe in and your chest filling up with air.
Do not exert a lot of force.
The idea is to have long and deep breaths without making noise.
No one around you should be able to hear you breathe in or out.
And let's repeat this breath for the last time.

I hope you find yourself more grounded,
More connected with your body and out of your head.
When it comes to wealth creation or abundance,
A lot of people tend to be stuck in anxiety.
It doesn't matter whether they have 5K in their bank accounts or 100,
000K.
If we don't work around how we feel around money,
Anxiety tends to be one of the strongest emotions around it for most people.
And our normal tendency when we start feeling anxious is to resist it.
The mind chatter instantly begins.
I don't want to feel this way.
I want to distract myself.
Perhaps your heartbeat increases,
Your palms become sweaty and you feel a tightening in the chest.
Everyone experiences different physical manifestations of anxiety,
But almost all feel really trapped in those painful moments.
In this practice,
Instead of resisting,
We will acknowledge and face what's coming up.
Instead of pushing away the physical sensations,
We will lean into them.
Remember what we resist persists and this constant resistance leaves us exhausted.
Trying to push away this bodily experience through the mind almost never works.
So today we are going to surrender to this experience.
Now let's begin.
Imagine a situation from the past or something that you are experiencing currently that gives you anxiety around wealth.
And as you lean into that memory or how it feels to be here,
As anxiety begins to creep up,
I want you to tell yourself,
It is okay to feel anxious.
I feel anxious and it is all right.
Remember our feelings are transient and they move through us when we allow them to instead of pushing them away.
But you are not your feelings.
Let's not identify too much with one particular feeling,
Anxiety.
In this case,
You are not anxious.
You are experiencing anxiety.
The words we speak matter because when you say I am,
You are affirming an identity.
But when you say I feel,
You are separating yourself from the feeling,
Which is temporary.
Perhaps you're worried about the number in your bank account.
Perhaps you're so scared that you don't even want to look at your bank account.
Perhaps you're wondering how you'll pay for all the day to day expenses.
Take a moment right now to acknowledge that yes,
It makes you anxious and it is okay.
You're only human.
You're trying your best to make things work.
Offer yourself some kindness and compassion in this moment.
The idea right now is not to connect with your logical brain and find an immediate solution,
But to connect with the body and feel into whatever is coming up.
If you feel scared and want to cry,
You're allowed to.
If you feel anxious and you feel stuck,
Acknowledge that it is safe to feel anxious.
It is safe to feel stuck.
It is safe to feel.
It is okay.
I am here for you.
I am here to support you.
Now as you imagine your current wealth-related stressor,
Which part of your body feels anxious?
Does your chest begin to tighten?
Do you feel like someone dropped a stone in your stomach?
Do you feel it in your womb if you're a woman?
Do you feel your entire body getting stiff or breaking into a sweat?
Connect with your body.
Scan your body and start getting aware of the physical sensations that are present.
Now gently start breathing into those parts that feel uncomfortable or tense.
Breathe long and deep.
Get more and more oxygen to that part of your body and continue to reassure yourself.
It is okay to feel anxious.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Deepen your breath now.
Even if you can stretch it by a second,
You're doing really well.
Continue to tell yourself,
It is safe to feel what I'm feeling.
There is nothing to fear.
I feel anxious and it is okay.
Self-soothe like you're calming down a little child.
And now notice your facial muscles.
Relax your temples.
Loosen your jaw with every breath.
Breathe a little deeper.
Feel all the muscles in your body relax.
All the big muscles and the tiny ones.
In case you're frowning,
Allow your brows to relax and invite a gentle softness to your facial muscles.
Allow your eyes to relax.
Bring the awareness to your mouth and relax your lips.
Allow your tongue to relax and relax your entire face now.
Now move below to your neck and shoulders.
Imagine someone gently massaging your shoulders and upper back.
And now moving towards the lower back.
Allow yourself to relax.
Allow all your muscles to let loose.
Remember,
You are always held and supported.
You're always taken care of.
It is okay.
Now focus on your heart and place a hand over your chest and breathe in.
Fill up your chest with this cool air and relax.
Place the other hand on your belly.
Gently breathe into the space below your chest and above your belly button.
And now slowly move that breath towards the navel and your entire stomach area.
And now notice your palms move as you keep one on your heart space and one on your stomach.
Notice them move as you breathe in and out.
Continue this belly breathing.
Acknowledge whatever it is that comes up.
Don't hold back the tears.
Don't hold back the fears.
Let it all flow.
Feel there is nothing to fear.
There is nothing to resist.
And now bring your awareness to your hips,
Thighs and legs and breathe into them.
And breathe out.
And take a moment to feel gratitude for how much your body does for you.
Pour some love into each breath as it reaches all the corners of your body.
Apologize if you've ever been harsh or unkind to this body and now acknowledge and appreciate it.
Thank it for coordinating all the functions properly,
All the bodily functions that help you breathe in this moment.
Thank your body for it enables you to walk,
To speak,
To see and do so much more.
Allow your body to soften and relax.
And now scan your body once again and notice the difference you're feeling from when you started out.
Are you feeling calmer?
Is your breath deeper?
Is your heartbeat slower?
Now imagine you're in a forest with tall trees and soft green grass that feels like a carpet below your feet.
Notice the calming waters of the beautiful blue lake before you.
Watch the tiny ripples come and go every now and then.
Imagine resting on your back on the grass as the beautiful sunlight falls on your skin and a light breeze tickles your hair on the nape of your neck.
As far as you can see,
There are thick tall trees.
Observe the abundance in nature.
You are a part of it.
And remember,
This is what is available to you.
The abundance,
The wealth that's available to you is equivalent to all the leaves on all the trees in this forest.
It is practically impossible to even count them.
And that is how abundant you are meant to be.
Your job is to feel into this feeling more and move towards creating this kind of wealth in your life.
It doesn't matter where you come from,
Whether you were born with little money or with a lot.
It is your birthright to be wealthy.
And today you're claiming it.
Today you're deciding to unlearn everything that is stopping you from moving closer to material wealth.
The universe did not forget you.
You're so loved.
You're so supported.
And there's so much wealth available that you'd be surprised.
It is beyond your wildest dreams.
Now in this moment,
Make a promise to yourself to do everything you can to increase your wealth consciousness so that you can be a match for unbound abundance.
And remember,
Whenever you feel anxious,
This is your truth.
Coming back to your body is going to help you lean into its infinite wisdom.
Now slowly begin to bring awareness.
Wiggle your toes.
Become aware of your surroundings.
Lightly stretch your arms and feel more alert.
And in your own time,
Gently open your eyes and remember that you are pure abundance.
There is so much wealth available to you at all times.
Your job is to open up to it so that you can call it in.
Remember this truth as you go back to your day to day life.
