Parul Tewari is a certified holistic health coach who has guided hundreds of clients globally—from Singapore, Oman, Hong Kong, Germany, Croatia, to the United States—toward sustainable, soul-aligned well-being. She is also certified by Harvard Medical School in "Lose Weight and Keep It Off," bringing an evidence-based perspective to her holistic approach. Her journey into this work was both professional and deeply personal. After building a thriving international career in climate change and sustainability communications—travelling the world and contributing to global conversations—she felt a strong calling to create impact at a more human level. When she received a 100% scholarship to pursue her health coaching certification, it marked the beginning of a profound inner transformation. Through that journey, Parul realised that true health goes far beyond food and exercise. It is about self-worth, emotional safety, nourishing relationships, and most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself. Having navigated seasons of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and nervous system dysregulation herself, she teaches from lived experience. Meditation, inner healing, and faith became her anchors. Today, Parul blends science, spirituality, nervous system regulation, and manifestation to help people reconnect with their power and rise to the extraordinary life already waiting for them.
