It’s easy to use AI to get more done — but what does that power really amplify in you? This is not a meditation to calm you down. It’s a sharp, honest mirror to check in with yourself: What are you growing with this tool? Use these questions to sense where you need boundaries, and what you want your vow to be. You don’t need all the answers now. Just start with the courage to look.

Take a breath,

Wherever you are,

This is not a meditation,

It's a mirror,

A pause to get honest with yourself about the power you hold when you use AI.

You don't have to close your eyes,

Just listen,

Breathe,

And ask yourself these questions.

Mirror question number one,

What happens when you let power grow faster than your self-awareness?

Where in your work are you leaning too hard on AI,

Not to expand you,

But to avoid facing your own edges?

Notice that,

No blame,

No excuses,

Only honesty.

Mirror question number two,

What do you want this power to grow in you?

Kindness?

Courage?

Truth?

Or just shortcuts and speed?

Be honest,

Does this tool make you braver?

Or just more efficiency?

Mirror question number three,

When AI makes it easy to hide,

Do you catch yourself?

Where do you feel the temptation to outsource your thinking,

Your care,

Your effort?

Where do you stop being human and start being automated?

Notice it,

You are not wrong,

You start to see clearly now.

Mirror question number four,

If this machine learned only from you,

What kind of world could it build?

Could it amplify your honesty,

Your generosity,

Or your fear,

Your vanity,

Your shortcuts?

Let that question echo for a moment.

Now,

Imagine you are writing a vote,

On paper,

In your mind.

Maybe it sounds like this.

I use this power to grow what's true,

Not just what's fast.

I catch myself when I slip into mindless juice.

I stay awake to what I feed the machine.

Feel that vow in your chest,

Not as a burden but as a compass.

You won't do this perfectly every day,

But every time you pause,

You claim your power with awareness,

Not autopilot.

Take one more breath,

In and out.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Step back into your work.

Oh,

You have got this.
