Find a comfortable position,

Sitting,

Standing or even lying down.

Let your hands rest gently and when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

This is a 3 minutes reset to help you shift from mental noise into calm,

Grounded presence.

Nothing to solve,

Just a moment to breathe and come back to yourself.

Inhale slowly through your nose for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Hold for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Exhale gently through your mouth for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Let your breath meet your body,

Feel your chest rise then hold for 4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale.

Let the tension melt just a little.

Hold for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Drop your shoulders,

Soften your jaw and hold for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Now exhale.

Let it go.

You're not doing this to be productive.

You're doing this to remember you are allowed to feel peace in the middle of pressure.

You will land even deeper into the body.
