As you breathe in,
Imagine a white,
Bright light filling your body with every inhale and with each exhale,
Feel your body letting go of any stress,
Worries,
Or tension.
Now place your hands on your heart and connect with your breath,
Feeling the rise and the fall of your chest.
Allow yourself to feel the beating of your heart.
Take a moment to ask your body what it needs from you right now.
Listen to any sensations or messages that come up and make a commitment to honor them.
Now begin to speak to your body with loving kindness.
Say something like,
Thank you body for carrying me through this life.
I honor and respect you.
I am grateful for all the ways you support me physically and emotionally.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention to any areas of tension or discomfort in your body.
Speak to those areas saying things like,
I see you,
I feel you,
I acknowledge you,
I release any tension or stress that has held me here.
Now focus on your breath and imagine yourself eating healthy,
Nourishing foods that fuel your body and provide it with the nutrients it needs.
Feel your body thanking you for nourishing it.
Imagine yourself engaging in self-care activities like taking a warm bath,
Getting a massage,
Or doing yoga.
Visualize yourself lovingly taking care of your body and your mind.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine yourself slowing down,
Taking breaks when you need them,
Getting enough restful sleep.
See yourself waking up feeling refreshed and energized.
Now bring your attention back to your heart and let yourself feel the love and gratitude you have for your body.
Take a few deep breaths and when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
