Welcome.

This is a space to lay it all down.

The weight you've been carrying to keep yourself safe.

The armor you didn't know you put up.

The grief that's been living quietly in your belly.

The stories you've held in your spine,

Shoulders,

And jaw.

This is a space for softness.

For truth.

For release.

Find stillness.

One hand on your heart.

One hand on your lower belly.

Breathe into the places that ache.

And let your body know you're safe now.

I'm here with you.

Feel the weight of your body on the surface beneath you.

Let gravity do the holding.

Let yourself be held for once.

Soften your forehead.

Soften your jaw.

Soften your belly.

Let your breath come lower,

Slower.

Notice where the emotional weight lives in your body.

Is it a knot in your chest?

A heaviness in your womb?

A tightness in your throat?

There's no need to change it.

Just breathe and witness.

Say quietly within yourself or aloud,

I release the weight I've carried to protect myself.

I release the tension I've worn like armor.

I release the grief that was never mine to carry.

I release the guilt that settled into my body like stone.

I release the fear that clings to my breath.

I release the sadness I swallowed just to survive.

Breathe.

I don't need to hold it anymore.

I am no longer the version of me who had to hold it all.

It's safe to feel now.

It's safe to rest now.

It is safe to come home to myself.

Let tears come if they want.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your belly expand.

Let yourself feel it leaving.

Imagine every exhale as a release.

A letting go.

A falling away of what no longer needs to be held.

Feel the space you've created.

It might feel raw or tender or soft.

That's okay.

That's aliveness.

Now imagine a warm,

Golden light like the gentle rays of early morning sun,

Soft and honeyed,

Pouring into the spaces where that weight once lived.

The light finds the hollow places.

The ones carved by grief.

The ones that held tension like armor.

The ones that felt too tender to touch.

Feel it soak into your belly where fear used to hide.

Let it fill your hips.

Let it melt behind your heart.

Let it rest in your spine,

Your thighs,

Your womb.

This golden light is not just warmth.

It is memory.

It is safety.

It is life choosing to return to you.

Let it swirl.

Let it glow.

Let it stitch light into your bones.

Let it say to your body,

You are safe now.

I am allowed to feel light.

I am allowed to feel soft.

I am allowed to live without tension.

I am allowed to take up space with ease.

I am whole.

You get to feel good.

Breathe it in.

Let it become your new home inside yourself.

Let it remind your nervous system what safety feels like.

Let it show your body that release can feel good.

5.

Come back slowly.

Wiggle your fingers.

Roll your shoulders.

Ask your body,

What do you need from me next?

Then listen,

Not just with your mind,

But with your breath.

6.

Bring your hands to your heart.

Whisper one last affirmation.

I am no longer carrying what isn't mine.

I am not behind.

I am blooming on my own time.

7.

I am allowed to live a life that feels light.

I am whole.

I am healing.

I am home.

Breathe that in.

You are doing beautifully.

8.

You are allowed to begin again,

Lighter than before.
