Close your eyes gently.

Bring your awareness to your feet,

Your legs,

Your lower body.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Holding you,

Supporting you.

Let yourself settle a little more deeply into that support.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine the soles of your feet softening,

Opening like portals of connection to the earth below.

From those openings,

Thick,

Red roots begin to grow.

See them unfurling gently from the soles of your feet.

They twist and reach and spiral downward,

Through the floor,

Through the soil,

Through ancient layers of stone and time.

These roots are alive.

They are wise.

They remember your place in the great web of life.

With every breath,

They stretch deeper,

Past the rocks,

Past the clay,

Until they reach the glowing,

Molten heart of the earth herself.

And there,

In that sacred,

Pulsing core,

Your roots wrap around crystals of light.

Deep garnet,

Blood-red jasper,

Glowing ruby,

Stones that pulse with protection,

Safety,

And belonging.

Let that grounding,

Stabilizing frequency travel upward,

Into your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your spine,

All the way up to the crown of your head.

Breathe that in.

You are not separate.

You are not floating.

You are rooted.

The earth knows you.

She holds you.

She anchors you in your becoming.

If you like,

Gently place one hand on your lower belly,

The other on your heart.

Let the weight of your own touch bring you back home.

Now,

Softly whisper this to yourself,

Or say it in your mind.

I am safe.

I belong.

The earth supports me.

Again.

I am safe.

I belong.

The earth supports me.

One more time,

With softness,

With certainty.

I am safe.

I belong.

The earth supports me.

Let these words settle into your bones.

Let them root you even more deeply into trust.

Now,

Rest in this grounded space for a few moments.

Feel your body.
