Hi Love,

Take a moment to settle.

You've been holding a lot,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

Energetically.

Whether you're on the edge of a big decision or just feeling the fog of uncertainty,

This is your space to breathe,

To let go,

To come back to your inner truth.

You don't need to rush.

You don't need to force clarity.

You're here to receive it.

So find a comfortable position.

Close your eyes if that feels safe.

Let your hands rest gently in your lap.

Let's begin.

Begin to notice your breath.

Not changing it,

Just noticing.

The way it flows in and out.

Now gently deepen your breath in through your nose.

Hold for a moment at the top.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

And again,

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

With every breath,

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Allow your jaw to release.

Allow your belly to unclench.

There's nothing you need to do but be here.

Now imagine a soft golden light above you.

Warm,

Loving,

Calming.

With your next inhale,

Visualize this light gently pouring down over your head like liquid sunlight.

It's washing over your body,

Clearing anything heavy or stuck.

As it moves down through your neck and shoulders,

It melts away tension.

Down through your chest and heart,

It dissolves doubt.

Down your arms,

Your hands,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Sweeping away old stories,

Past versions of you that are ready to be released.

Let it flow all the way down your legs,

Through your feet,

And into the earth.

Let the earth hold it.

Let yourself be lighter.

If any lingering energy tries to stay,

Fear,

Guilt,

Confusion,

You don't have to push it away.

Just breathe and say,

I release what no longer serves me.

And let it go with your exhale.

Repeat gently in your mind,

It's safe to let go,

It's safe to trust myself.

Now bring your attention to the center of your chest,

That quiet space within you,

Your inner compass.

Visualize a gentle flame here,

Soft,

Steady,

Unshakable.

This is your truth.

It's always been there,

Underneath the noise,

Underneath the pressure to figure it all out.

Breathe into the space and affirm,

Quietly or aloud,

I am guided.

I am guided.

My path is becoming clear.

I trust myself to take the next step.

Let those words land.

Take one more deep,

Cleansing breath.

And release.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Feel your body held.

You don't need to have every answer right now.

You just need to trust the next yes,

And that's enough.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Blink your eyes open,

And carry the softness with you.
