Finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down and gently closing the eyes,
Taking a moment to settle into the body and relax.
Throughout this practice,
We'll cultivate feelings of self-acceptance,
Compassion,
And love towards ourselves,
Bringing the attention to the heart center,
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling,
Silently repeating the following intentions.
I am worthy of love and acceptance.
I am deserving of compassion and kindness.
I am enough just as I am.
I offer myself love and care.

Noticing any sensations,
Whether they're comfortable or uncomfortable.
Without judgment,
Simply observe and acknowledge the body.
Taking a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine a soft,
Warm light spreading throughout your body.
With each breath,
Feel this light gently embracing every part of you,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Cultivating self-acceptance.
Reflect on the journey of your life and all the experiences that have shaped you.
Recognize that you are a unique individual with your own strengths and weaknesses,
Your own successes and challenges.
Embrace yourself with unconditional acceptance,
Knowing that you are perfectly imperfect.
Silently repeating the following affirmations,
Allowing them to sink deep into the being.

Feel a sense of warmth and gentleness washing over you,
Enveloping you in an embrace of self-love.
Nurturing the inner child.
Visualizing your inner child,
The innocent and vulnerable part of you.
See their face,
Their smile,
Or their tears.
Connect with them and offer them the love and care they deserve.
Silently speak to your inner child,
Offering these words.
