Meditation Timer OnlineLourdes is a New York-based coach with a BA in Psychology, two coaching certifications (The Coaching Institute and Achology), and an MBSR teacher in training. Her myriad of experiences inform her life and coaching and she believes that so much of the suffering she has seen in people’s lives is due to the negative and limiting beliefs that stem from events in the past. Helping her clients release their emotional entanglements and alter deep-rooted beliefs is at the crux of the transformational work she does. Lourdes specializes in helping her clients feel confident, face their fears, and overcome their limiting beliefs so that they can reach their fullest potential. She has helped numerous individuals discover the best choices for their lives, move past their history, and identify sources of joy. Meditation and mindfulness practices are essential to her life and mission-driven work of helping others. It was within her role as president of the school’s PTA that she discovered her ability to uplift, motivate, and help others to believe in themselves and their abilities. Her passion for helping people grow and find fulfillment is interwoven with her mission to be happy and to help others to be happy. Receiving her clients' correspondence letting her know how much their work together has helped them and changed their lives fills her heart with joy.
