Explore MeditationTwenty years as a yoga practitioner coupled with training rooted in tradition and branching into today’s science, Lorelei Helmke teaches many levels and types of yoga classes, from a power class, to Hatha, to chair yoga, somatic exercises and meditation. As a 500-hour RYT, she believes everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga. This is not just a physical practice; it is a practice that teaches us who we really are. it is only a matter of finding the proper style and modifications for each individual. The body is a vessel for the spirit. All should be honored and cared for. She wants her students to know their own energy, connect their body and mind to their spirit and leave my classes with a calm sense of understanding and empowerment. Lorelei also creates workshops. She currently offers a mediation workshop, an introductory to Ayurveda, “How to Flow in a Chair” and most recently created “Unveiling You – How Understanding our Koshas Can Lead Us to Unconditional Happiness”.
