Empowerment Of Your Inner Light

As we enter the darkest part of the year, there is an invitation to turn inward and focus on your internal light. In this meditation, we use light to empower your physical and energetic body. Play with the different qualities of light. Feel buzzing throughout your body. Activate and inspire your essence.

Transcript

Taking a deep breath,

Your breath is bringing you into your body,

Doing a body scan just from the top of the head down layer by layer through the body,

Noticing any parts of your body that feel more dense,

More tension,

Places where the energy in your body has consolidated and just feels heavier,

And we just bring our breath to that area,

Welcoming your breath to bring light,

Both lightness and fluff and also the visual of light into that space,

Filling these dense spaces with vibration of appreciation,

Gratitude,

Love for all that it's doing for you,

And with an exhale,

Sending anything that does not belong down into the earth,

Inhaling at these points of tension,

Dense energy,

And exhaling down into the earth,

Mother earth beneath you,

Holding you,

Ready to receive whatever does not serve us,

As mother earth knows exactly how to convert this energy,

Compost it,

Transform it into something nourishing,

Opening a portal of light above your head,

This portal is spinning clockwise above your head,

And it's shining bright light,

Purified light down upon your crown,

And we ask that this light be calibrated to be the highest frequency vibration that your body and your energy body can receive in every moment,

And we welcome this light to flow down through your crown,

Layer by layer through your body,

Down through your head,

And the brain stem and the neck,

Down through the shoulders,

Just turning this light on any tension,

Traveling down your chest and your arms,

Every organ of your body,

Every tissue,

Every cell,

Through the digestive system,

The reproductive system,

Down through the hips,

The sacrum,

Through the legs,

Out the bottoms of the feet,

And down into the earth,

As this portal of light shines down upon you,

It's shining a light on any of the shadows in your body and your energy field,

And as this light shines on those shadows,

They instantly are illuminated,

Your nervous system starts to calm,

Because once we can see what we're working with,

We can process it,

The shadows hold this power of the unknown,

But the light welcomes processing,

Clarifying,

Harmonizing,

Continuing to bring this light from the portal above your head through every layer of your body,

Calibrated to be the highest frequency that you can absorb,

That you can utilize,

Layer by layer,

Working its way down through every body part,

Every tissue,

Every organ,

And out into the earth,

These photons of light are moving like a wave through the body,

And this wave is picking up what does not serve you,

And bringing it out into the earth,

Deep into the earth for composting,

This wave is cleansing,

Cleansing,

Clarifying,

Wave after wave,

Requesting that this light process what we're holding,

Renewing us and lighting us up,

Noticing that your body is starting to buzz,

Every cell in your body receiving and absorbing this high frequency light,

And we notice that the light is refracting within our bodies,

Going from the white light to all different colors of the rainbow,

And each part of your body is welcome to receive that highest vibration light for each of them,

A different color might be shining into your liver,

Or a different color of the rainbow is nourishing your uterus,

Noticing what color is supporting the different parts of your heart,

The front of your heart,

The back of your heart,

Each valve flowing in the blood,

The inside of the heart and the outside,

The different chambers,

The connections to the aorta and to the lungs,

Welcoming every tissue in your heart to receive,

To absorb the highest frequency light that is for its greatest good,

Shining and rippling in color,

And returning your breath to whatever part of your body you had focused on at the beginning,

That part of your body with the denser energy,

Maybe tension,

If you have more than one body part,

Or just picking one for now,

Bringing your breath to that space,

And bringing this light into that space,

The portal of light above your head calibrated to this high frequency being sent directly into that body part,

And that light fills up this space,

Empowering it,

And if we can send this light to that part of your body that had tension,

For a minimum of one minute,

Things will start to shift,

Bringing your inhale and your exhale and all of the light to that space,

And empowering it,

Welcoming that light to flow through every layer of tissue,

Welcoming that light to ripple through the subatomic particles of this space,

Watching as the cells absorb,

It's like they're laying on a beach,

Absorbing the sunlight,

Receiving,

Feeling nourished,

Relaxing,

And as we empower this body part,

We notice that the cells in this region are starting to buzz with the light,

To buzz brightly,

To stand up excited,

Joyful,

Happy to be empowered,

To do what they do best,

To express their nature,

To be expansively,

Be expansively themselves,

As this portal of light continues to flow as a wave through the body,

We welcome it to pick up any toxins in the body,

Loosening them up with this light,

And pulling them out into the earth,

Toxins from within the brain,

Within the vocal cords,

Toxins in the muscles,

In the lungs,

In the heart,

Toxins in the digestive system,

Reproductive system,

Excretory system,

Stored in the hips,

In the knees,

In the ankles,

And we just notice that this wave is loosening them up,

Lighting them up,

And pulling them through,

Out the bottoms of your feet into the earth,

And mother earth receives them,

Knowing exactly what to do with these ingredients,

To create something new,

This wave of light is pulling through any pathogens,

Out into the earth,

Viruses,

Bacteria within your microbiome that doesn't serve you,

Any parasites,

Just noticing as this wave of light continues to cleanse for your greatest and highest good,

And we notice that as your vibration increases,

Your body is no longer a hospitable space for pathogens,

We raise your frequency,

We welcome them to move on to a space that is better for them,

A space that can care for them in a way that I love you,

Thank you for being here and teaching me these lessons,

Showing me different things about myself,

Please forgive me and I'm sorry for keeping you here so long,

For changing,

I love you,

I'm sorry,

Thank you,

Please forgive me,

I love you for teaching me about myself,

I thank you for the time we had together,

I'm sorry that this is no longer serving me,

Please forgive me for letting you go,

This light flowing through your body in a wave,

Picking up what's not serving you,

Sending it out into the earth,

This wave of high frequency light is picking up any heavy metals,

Pulling it down into the earth,

The heavy metals belong in the earth,

Not in our bodies,

This wave of light is like magnetically pulling it downward and out,

We can see this magnet being waved through our body,

The heavy metals are just being pulled directly out of the cells,

Out of the tissues,

Out of the cell walls,

Out of the brain and lovingly placed into the earth,

Where they can create something new,

Where they don't have to be an obstruction,

An obstacle for this body anymore,

They now can live in their own power down in the earth and be creative,

Be appreciated,

They weren't appreciated within this body,

It was not serving them or us,

This wave of high vibrational light flowing through the body and loosening up the trapped emotions,

Loosening up that vibration of unsupported that's been stuck in your brainstem and your kidneys,

That's held you in the space of fight or flight,

All of that unsupported vibration being pulled out and through,

And as this vibration of unsupported is released,

You're like a spring that's not weighted down so much anymore and you start to spring upward,

Occupying more of your space,

Standing up tall,

This wave of light is loosening up the fears,

It's fears mixed together with self-doubt and the wave is turning the light on,

Shining the light on the fears and the self-doubt and picking up these vibrations and pulling them out of the body,

Welcoming the spring to open up a little bit more,

Making space,

This message that when we support ourselves and when we believe in ourselves,

The fear can simply wash away,

Noticing if there is an emotion in this body part that you had named earlier with the denser energy,

So naming that emotion for yourself,

What is being held on to primarily in that tension and welcoming this wave of high vibrational light to pick up that emotion,

Send it down out through the bottoms of your feet,

Picking up not just the particles,

Not just the subatomic vibrations,

But the nanoparticles,

The smallest version of these vibrations and welcoming them to flow,

We recalibrate that light above your head to be the vibration that can be absorbed and received,

Completely filling all these spaces we opened up,

This light of refreshed chi,

This light of life force energy filling you up,

Filling up all the spaces,

Feeling this expansiveness of light throughout your entire body,

Throughout your entire field around you,

An expansiveness of high vibrational life force energy,

Excitement,

Joy,

Love,

This space that we all deserve to live in,

We all deserve to vibrate expansively as ourselves,

Feeling empowered,

Not just empowering that one body part,

But empowering all that you are,

Empowering all that you be,

Holding this light throughout your body and field,

Three feet out in every direction around you,

Above,

Below,

Behind,

In front,

To the sides,

Gold,

Bright white,

Refractions of the rainbow,

Feeling your entire body vibrating,

Turned on,

Motivated,

Ready to manifest,

Connected to the infinite potential,

Always a step removed from manifesting or in the process of manifesting exactly what you desire,

It's either with you or within your reach to access that infinite potential in every now moment,

That infinite potential takes the darkness and flips it to light,

It takes the tension and flips it to ease,

That infinite potential ready for all that you manifest,

And we start to slow down this spinning portal of light,

Slowing down the turning,

And we welcome that portal of light to close,

And all of the light that has come from that portal,

We welcome the cells in your body to close around that light,

To completely absorb and receive it,

And as those cells close around the light,

Their frequency is forever raised,

Increased to this full vibration of health,

Unconditional love,

Unbridled joy,

And absolute peace,

We welcome harmony throughout your body,

And welcome you to move forward in your life from this high frequency,
