Meditation four,
The weaving.
Begin by settling into your breath,
Let your body soften with each exhale.
Imagine yourself in a quiet room filled with soft,
Natural light.
Before you is a loom,
Simple and beautiful.
Scattered around you are threads of every color and texture,
Silk and cotton,
Rough hemp and delicate gold.
Each thread represents a moment from your year.
Some are bright with joy,
Some are dark with challenge,
Some are tangled,
Some shine.
You are the sole weaver,
You don't need to untangle the knots or force order.
You simply choose which threads to weave into the fabric of who you are becoming.
Start by picking up one thread.
Feel it between your fingers.
Take a moment to pause and reflect.
What does this thread represent?
Weave it in,
Then another.
Notice how even the darkest threads create depth and pattern,
How the tangled ones add texture,
How the gold catches light because of the contrast around it.
You are weaving your story with intention.
Not everything needs to be perfect,
It simply needs to be yours.
Take as long as you need.
When you feel complete,
Step back.
See the tapestry you've created.
This is your year,
Woven with care.
And by placing your hand over your heart,
This weaving lives within you.
Breathe and return.
