Take a moment to observe the vibrant colours of the sunflowers surrounding you,

The bright yellow petals and the rich green leaves.

Notice how the sunflowers stand tall and proud,

Become aware of the serenity and tranquillity that fills the air.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
