In this guided meditation, you are invited to connect with the healing presence of Isis, the ancient goddess of restoration, wholeness, and renewal. Through gentle guidance and a simple repeated affirmation, you are supported to soften, slow down, and trust the healing unfolding within you. This meditation is an invitation to release striving and allow your body, heart, and nervous system to rest in their own innate wisdom. It is especially supportive during times of healing, emotional tenderness, fatigue, or transition. Listen daily and you may like to keep your journal nearby to write down anything that arises for you during or after the meditation. with love, Lia Skye xoxo

Welcome,

Beautiful,

To your meditation to connect with the Goddess Isis,

To trust the healing unfolding within you.

My name is Lea Sky.

Allow your eyes to close.

There is no need to change anything yet,

Simply notice that you are here.

Notice the quiet miracle of your breath,

How it arrives without effort and leaves without being asked.

With each exhale feel the edges of your body soften,

As though you are being gently unfastened.

The weight of your body yields downwards,

Muscle,

Bone and breath,

All remembering how to rest.

Nothing is required of you in this moment,

You do not need to improve yourself,

You do not need to understand anything,

Just be here.

Now imagine that you are stepping inward,

Away from the outer world and into a quiet inner sanctuary.

This is a place beyond urgency,

Beyond fixing,

Beyond striving,

Here time moves differently.

The air feels warm and alive,

As though it recognizes you,

And in this space,

Isis is present.

She does not arrive with spectacle,

She is already here,

Woven into the fabric.

Isis,

The great mother,

The healer,

The one who knows how to gather what has been broken,

Scattered or forgotten.

Her presence here is ancient and patient,

She has seen cycles rise and fall,

She understands that healing is not linear.

Feel her energy around you now,

Like a gentle intelligence moving through your field.

She is not here to rush your healing,

She is here to honor it.

Imagine Isis placing her hands near your body,

Not touching,

But close enough that you can feel warmth radiating.

Wherever you have been holding pain,

Tension or fatigue,

Her presence lingers there,

Not to take it away,

But to soften the story around it.

She reminds you that healing does not always arrive as relief,

Sometimes it arrives as rest,

Sometimes as tears,

Sometimes as a quiet recalibration you don't even notice until later.

Allow yourself to be exactly where you are in your healing,

Nothing is behind,

Nothing is wrong.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your body,

The place where you sense truth before words.

Perhaps you feel a warmth there,

Or a gentle pulse,

Or simply a sense of presence.

I will offer you now one affirmation,

You may repeat it quietly to yourself,

Allowing the words to move like a tide through your body.

There is no need to force belief,

Just sit with gentle trust,

I will call you back when it's time to return,

I trust the healing unfolding within me,

I trust the healing unfolding within me,

I trust the healing unfolding within me.

And now gently let the words fade and bring your awareness back to your breath,

Back to the subtle movement of your body,

Notice the space around you,

The sounds,

The air,

The quiet continuity of life moving on,

And begin to invite small movements back in,

A soft roll of the shoulders,

A gentle wiggle of fingers and toes,

And when you feel ready slowly open your eyes and carry this trust with you,

Thanking Goddess Isis for journeying with you today.

Lo Ka Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu,

May all beings be happy and free,

And may my thoughts,

My words and my actions contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.

Blessed Be.
