And welcome to this healing space a place where you are safe and secure.
And now take a slow deep breath in in through the nose.
And exhaling through the mouth.
Inhaling deeply.
Exhaling letting go.
And as you continue to breathe.
You may even notice.
A subtle release.
Gentle loosening.
Like something heavy.
Beginning to live.
And now in your mind's eye.
Imagine you are standing.
In a peaceful forest.
And you are holding a heavy backpack.
One you've carried.
For a long time.
And in this backpack.
Of the emotions of guilt.
The feelings of shame.
And some of these come from your own judgement and some of these may have been handed.
To you by others.
And you never needed to carry them.
And now you are ready.
To set them down.
So with a gentle breath.
Imagine removing the back pack and feel its way.
Leaving your shoulders feel your spine standing taller.
Allow it to draw.
To a and as you do.
Visualize the golden light.
From above the foray.
Pouring down on you.
Cleansing you.
Loving you.
And reminding you.
You are not your mistake.
And you are not your pa.
Allow this feeling.
To touch your heart.
Filling it with compassion and forgiveness the kind of forgiveness that saves.
You did the best you could.
With what you knew at the time.
You are not here to be punished.
You are here to be healed.
And now begin to speak to yourself kindly.
You can repeat either silently or aloud.
I forgive myself for not knowing then what I know now.
I forgive myself for not knowing then what I know now.
I have made mistakes,
I am learning,
I am growing.
I have made mistakes.
I am learning.
I am growing.
I have made a mistake.
I am learning.
I am growing.
You It is safe to let go of the past.
It is safe to let go of the past.
Safe to let go of the past.
I give permission to be free.
I give permission to be free.
I give permission to be free.
I give you permission to be free.
And now imagine stepping outside yourself.
And visualise seeing yourself.
It's a young grey.
At the moment.
Where the guilt or shame was first felt.
And look at that younger version of you.
Eyes of compassion.
And you may say to them,
You are doing your best.
You didn't deserve to carry this.
I'm here now.
I have got you.
And watch as that younger version of you smile.
Feel sane.
Hell.
And begins the glow.
Because something inside of you has shifted.
The weight is lifted.
And allow these statements.
To echo through your body.
You may repeat them aloud or in silence.
Three times after me.
I release guilt,
I release shame,
I return to peace.
I release guilt.
I release shame.
I return to peace.
I deserve kindness,
Even from myself.
I deserve kindness,
Even from myself.
I deserve kindness,
Even from myself.
I am allowed to move forward I am allowed to move forward.
God's way forward.
I welcome forgiveness,
I welcome freedom.
I welcome forgiveness.
I welcome freedom.
I welcome forgiveness.
I welcome freedom.
I love who I am becoming.
I love who I am becoming.
I love who I am becoming.
And now imagine yourself walking through life.
No longer burdened.
You meet challenges with grey.
You forgive yourself quickly.
And treat yourself like someone that you truly love.
And you've now rewritten the script as you're not defined by what was.
You are becoming something beautiful.
And something whole.
And now begin to return to the present moment.
Bringing the awareness back to the breathing Take a deep breath in.
Feeling grounded exhaling gently.
And when you are ready.
Bring yourself back into the room.
Rolling the shoulders.
And just notice how that feels lighter than before.
And as you let go.
Just knowing it's now a beautiful beginning.
And welcome back to you.
Welcome back
