Welcome to this meditation which can help you develop your self confidence,

I'd like you to find a comfortable and quiet place,

Either sitting or lying down,

Gently close your eyes and take a few moments to relax,

Leaving behind any stress or worries,

This is your time to relax and just be,

And you can pay attention to your breathing,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

As your lungs expand,

Holding the breath for a brief moment and then exhaling slowly through the mouth,

Releasing any stress or tension you may have been holding and taking another deep breath in slowly through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,

And maybe you can notice the areas where your body makes contact with the chair or the floor,

Becoming aware of the subtle way that gravity draws you down to the ground and becoming more and more relaxed with the sound and the tone of my voice,

Soaking up the positive suggestions and giving yourself time to direct the awareness down towards creating a powerful and positive way to gain the increase of confidence you're wanting to achieve,

And maybe even think about how your confidence can begin to transform your life and it's different for different people how this can begin to happen,

Unlocking your full potential and you can now even wonder at what point in the future you smile to yourself when you realize your confidence effortlessly now emanating from within you,

As you continue to grow,

So does your confidence,

And also more confident as you grow,

And now you can begin to ask yourself,

Is there a certain aspect of confidence you would like to improve,

Maybe a social setting,

Professionally,

Public speaking,

Maybe a new environment,

Or maybe just a general sense of increasing confidence,

Now think about this relaxing exercise as a part of your training direct in your mind towards doing what you can do to improve your game of confidence,

Picture yourself stepping into the future where you've achieved your goal of exuding confidence,

Witness your transformation,

Observing the person you aspire to be,

Take a moment to look and absorb every detail of your evolution,

Maybe the radiance in your confidence,

The poise in your demeanor,

The grace in your posture,

The vitality in your positive energy,

The warmth in your eye contact,

The lightness of your sense of humor,

Really shining through,

Shining your light of confidence,

As you see things the way you want it to be,

Visualize yourself embodying these qualities at a new level,

A new frequency,

See yourself confidently navigating different situations,

Showcasing your strength,

Maintaining composure,

Effortlessly displaying your skills and exuberance,

And now imagine merging into this future version of you,

Perhaps effortlessly floating to your body,

Or simply appearing within this version of you,

Invite your mind to guide you into your future,

Experiencing life through your own eyes,

Reveling in the joy of being you,

Take in everything around you,

Absorb all the goodness that emanates from this meditation,

And it's common to discover a new found appreciation for ourself in moments like this,

And as you return,

You can carry back with you all the positivity,

The qualities you've uncovered,

Each day in various ways,

Continuing to evolve into the person you're excited to become,

Feeling increasingly confident within yourself,

And when you are ready,

I'd like you to slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Gently stretching your body,

Opening your eyes,

Feeling refreshed,

Rejuvenated and relaxed,

And you can carry this deep sense of relaxation with you as you continue your day,

Knowing that you can tap into this inner calm whenever you need it,

And enjoy in becoming the person you are,

And as you listen to the gentle music,

You can stay relaxed and continue with your day,
