Energy.
It's all around us.
It lives in everything.
In the air.
In the cosmos.
In our bodies.
And as humans,
We feel it.
There are moments when our energy dips.
When we feel heavy.
Collapsed.
And there are moments when it rises and we feel expansive.
Lifted up.
It's all around us.
It lives in everything.
In the air.
In the cosmos.
In our bodies.
And as humans,
We feel it.
There are moments when our energy dips.
When we feel heavy.
Collapsed.
And there are moments when it rises and we feel expansive.
Lifted up.
It's all around us.
It lives in everything.
In the air.
In the cosmos.
In our bodies.
And as humans,
We feel it.
There are moments when our energy dips.
When we feel heavy.
Collapsed.
And there are moments when it rises and we feel expansive.
Lifted up.
It's all around us.
It lives in everything.
In the air.
In the cosmos.
In our bodies.
And as humans,
We feel it.
So what do we do when we feel our energy drop?
We begin with clarity.
Because clarity leads to focus.
And sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is not push,
But soften.
To allow the drop in energy.
To recognize that it's an invitation to pause.
To go within.
And reevaluate.
Maybe you've been pouring your energy into something that doesn't feel quite aligned.
Or scattering your attention.
Moving from one thing to the next.
So let this moment be a signal to slow down.
To stop.
And come back to yourself.
So you might close your eyes or lower your gaze.
And whether you're seated or lying down,
Start to follow your breath.
Notice the cool air as it enters through your nose.
Travels down into your lungs.
Into the belly.
Let that belly soften and expand.
And as you exhale,
Feel the breath moving up and out of the body.
Now just take a few slow breaths here at your own pace.
Just let your body arrive in this moment.
Now shift your awareness to your life.
The big picture.
Your work.
Your relationships.
Your daily routine and rhythms.
And just like pull the focus back.
And see it all from a distance.
Slowly start to tighten that focus.
Drawing that lens inward.
Narrowing your focus until you arrive at your center.
Start with the heart center.
It's the space directly beneath your collarbones.
You might place a hand there.
And just feel the rise and fall as you breathe in and out.
Now gently ask yourself,
Who am I being right now?
It's not about what you're doing.
It's not the roles you're playing.
But who you are being.
Because you are always being someone.
And often we slip into ways of being without noticing.
But to consciously choose who you are being.
That is a powerful place.
So ask again,
Who am I being?
And listen.
Whatever arises,
Just simply notice.
And if it doesn't feel aligned,
Ask yourself,
Who do I want to be?
Not as a role or a title,
But the essence of you.
I am grounded.
I am creative.
I am honest.
I show up.
Just breathe into this and let your own truth emerge.
Breathe into it.
Now ask yourself,
What do I want to create in my life?
What are you being called toward?
A shift?
A new direction,
Maybe a deeper commitment?
Let this be a space of possibility.
No limits.
No playing small.
Just breathe and allow something to emerge.
Whatever is showing up is enough for now.
You can return to this later because these are big questions.
And sometimes they need time to germinate.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
And imagine a soft white light shining down from above,
Entering through your crown,
Filling your head,
Moving behind the eyes,
Illuminating.
Feel that light moving down through your throat and landing in your heart center.
A warm,
Glowing presence in the center of your chest.
And from here it begins to expand,
Moving out through your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Into your hands,
Your fingertips,
Blowing out into the world.
Now come back to your heart center and feel that light moving down into your belly,
Expanding even more as your breath deepens and your body softens.
Let the light continue down into your pelvis,
Your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
All the way into your feet.
And through the soles of your feet into the earth.
You are connected from crown to ground,
From above through your body into the earth below.
One continuous flow of energy.
Always available.
Breathe into this.
Trust it.
This is how your energy shifts,
Not through effort,
But through who you choose to be.
When you are clear about who you are,
And what you want to create,
Your energy aligns.
And when it falters,
You pause,
You breathe,
You return to this connection,
To this light.
And to that question within.
Who am I being in this moment?
Because it will change from time to time.
And at some point,
The essence will become crystal clear.
Now take one final deep breath here.
Feel it permeating your whole body.
And then let it go.
Start to open your eyes.
And carry this with you.
This knowledge of knowing how to get back to yourself,
Define yourself and reignite your energy.
