So settle into a comfortable position and whether you're sitting on a cushion,
Chair or lying down,
Just allow your body to be supported by the surface beneath you.
Now,
You might want to close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Begin by taking a nice slow breath in,
Filling your lungs,
Letting your belly go soft and then release it again.
Deep breath in and let it go.
Now allow your breathing to just return to its natural rhythm and start to notice your body,
Its weight in space,
The quiet pull of gravity holding you here,
Nothing to fix or force.
Just simply let yourself arrive in this moment.
Now,
Bring your awareness inward to the center of your chest.
You may want to place a hand there,
That feels good.
And just imagine a soft,
Steady light right here,
Not bright,
Just present.
This light represents your life force,
Your energy,
Your capacity to choose.
With each breath,
Feel this light gently expanding,
Moving through your body,
Lifting and clearing what no longer serves you.
There is a natural intelligence within you that knows how to align,
That knows when it's time to rise and when it's time to rest.
As your energy steadies,
Imagine tuning into this larger field of awareness around you.
You may call it source,
Greater mind,
God or universal intelligence.
You don't need to reach for it.
You're already within it.
And just notice how it feels to rest here,
Supported,
Connected,
Held.

From this place of connection,
Allow a desire to come into awareness,
Not from urgency or lack,
But from purpose.
What is calling you forward right now?
What feels true,
Grounded,
Alive?
Just let it be simple and clear.

This is alignment.
