When the weight of exhaustion feels endless, and even rest doesn’t seem to restore you, this gentle practice invites you home. Through connected breath, light lymphatic activation, and subconscious affirmations, you’ll release the tension that burnout and overwhelm weave into your body. Each inhale carries in golden, restorative energy. Each exhale lets go of the heaviness you’ve been carrying for too long. This track is spoken in 2 layers, both voiced by Leanna Bishop, designed to support nervous system repair and subconscious integration. This is not a practice of pushing through, especially for those navigating perimenopause, it’s an invitation to soften. To remember that your worth is not in your productivity, and that slowing down is safe. Come back to this track whenever you feel the edges of yourself begin to fray. Each time you do, your body will remember more quickly how to return to balance, to safety, and to yours

Welcome love,

If you found your way here I know the weight you're carrying,

The tiredness that doesn't lift no matter how early you go to bed,

The mind that won't stop spinning even when you finally sit down to rest,

The pressure to keep going,

To show up,

To be on even when every part of you longs to stop.

And you may have been living like this for so long now that it feels normal but somewhere deep within you,

You know it's not.

And maybe you've never had permission to slow down before,

To really slow down without the guilt attached.

So today I want to offer you exactly that.

We're not here to push through like we always have,

We're here to soften into a gradual beginning encased in tenderness in the direction now of your own nourishment first.

Burnout and overwhelm are not failures,

They are signals my love.

Signals that your nervous system has been holding too much for too long that it was never designed to carry.

It's been protecting you,

Keeping you upright even when you've been running on empty.

But today we'll send it the message that you are safe now to rest.

And we'll do it with three layers,

Through our connected breath to bring oxygen and flow back into your system,

Through lymphatic activation to move what's been stuck and heavy and subconscious affirmation to begin rewiring the story you've been living in.

So let's now begin,

Finding your comfortable position where your body can feel supported,

Closing your eyes and taking a moment to notice without judgment where you are in your breath,

In your shoulders,

In your jaw and your chest.

Let whatever is there land in your awareness now.

And let's now begin to gently deepen your inhale,

In through the nose,

Deeply,

Slowly and soften your exhale out through your mouth,

Releasing and letting go.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And let's connect now into your soft,

Steady rhythm.

Breathing in and out without pause.

And as you breathe,

Imagine this air as the very thing you've been searching for.

See it as a soft,

Golden,

Warm,

Gentle,

Nourishing light sliding in through your nose,

Pouring into the corners of your lungs,

Flowing into the places that have been starved of attention.

Each inhale,

Drawing this energy in deeper,

Filling your chest,

Your belly,

The spaces between your ribs.

And on your exhale,

Feel the weight you've been carrying.

Begin to slip away.

See it as smoke,

Or mist,

Leaving your body,

Making space for more of that golden,

Restorative energy to return.

Every cycle of breath,

Washing you clean,

Restoring what has felt lost,

Bringing you back to yourself.

One inhale,

One exhale at a time.

And with your breath flowing,

Bring your fingertips now just above your collarbones.

Gently tap here.

These are your lymphatic opening points.

Tapping,

Breathing,

Inviting the heaviness that lies beneath the surface to move.

And now gently sweep your hands down the sides of your neck,

Breathing deeply as you go.

Clearing pathways for natural release and flow.

As we move our fingers now towards our armpits.

Softly tap or massage,

Encouraging a gentle opening and release.

Breathing in,

Exhaling and letting it all just go.

It's safe to put it down now.

You can breathe again.

Your body knows how to heal.

You are protected.

You are guided.

Rest is waiting.

Slowing down is the start.

You are here.

The weight you carry.

You are coming home.

And as you sweep your hands now down towards your belly,

Offer your light circular touch as though you're easing tension from the center of your being.

Breathing deeply into your core and breathing out all of the heaviness that's been stored.

As we move a little lower now,

Down to your pelvis.

Rest your hands here for a moment.

Connecting with this center of creation and grounding.

You are guided.

Use your touch to gently massage as you deeply breathe life into this space.

You are more than the weight you carry.

You are coming home.

You are safe now.

As we guide our touch to the backs of our knees.

It's okay to stop.

And using a gentle pulsing motion,

Encourage your body to open tiny doors in the legs that stabilize you for release.

Feel your breath carry heaviness down and out through your feet with every inhale and exhale,

To put it down.

Opening up for a deeply grounding final release.

You are protected.

And now finally,

You are guided.

Come to pause.

Rest your hands wherever feels most comforting for you now.

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your heart,

And breathe.

You are coming home.

You are safe now.

You can rest.

It's okay to stop.

You are loved.

You are allowed to be safe.

Let these words sink beneath the noise.

I am allowed to rest.

I am safe to slow down.

My worth is not measured by my productivity.

I can trust my body to guide me back to balance.

I am not broken.

I am recalibrating.

It is safe to put things down.

And as you let your breath now return to a natural rhythm,

Feel the weight of your body held by the surface beneath you.

You are safe now.

And just notice,

You can rest.

Even in these few minutes,

It's okay to stop.

What has shifted for you?

You are held.

Because your nervous system speaks in whispers my love.

You are allowed to be soft.

And you just gave it space.

Your worth is not determined.

To be enough.

Softly blink open your eyes.

And carry this gentleness with you into whatever comes next.

Knowing that you can return to this practice whenever you feel the edges of yourself beginning to fray.

And they will.

But each time,

Your body will remember more quickly.

How to breathe.

How to let go.

And how to come back home.

You are allowed to be soft.

Your worth is not in the doing.

You have always been enough.

I feel so calm and relaxed after completing this session, this has really shown me that I was taking on too much and my nervous system needed tone to rest and realign - this meditation was just what I needed!
