Take one slow breath.

Let the body settle.

Let your bones be heavy and your muscles soften.

Let the mind go quiet.

Let it grok the field around you,

Attuned to the subtle layers of your being.

Just be in this generous now,

In the safety.

Light down or sit comfortably and feel the ground beneath you,

The mat,

The cushion,

The earth,

And let it hold you.

You are safe here.

You are loved here.

You are protected.

You are cherished.

Let those words land not in the body,

But in the very essence,

The very center of who you are.

Begin with three breaths to help regulate the nervous system and tone the vagus nerve.

Inhale for five,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale for eight,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Again,

Inhale for five,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale for eight,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

And one more time.

Inhale for five and exhale for eight.

Let your system soften.

On your next exhale,

Begin a gentle hum.

Quiet,

Internal,

Like the sound of an alm,

But with your mouth closed.

Rising from the chest,

Moving throughout.

Feel the vibration tell your body,

You are safe.

You can rest.

Feel the safety on your mat,

In the air around you,

And in the steadiness of your breath.

Feel the embrace of the earth,

The great mother.

Steady,

Ancient,

Holding.

Soft as warm soil.

Vast as the horizon.

Feel her safety.

Now feel the safety of the cosmic mother,

That which is beyond,

Older than time.

Vast,

Luminous,

Wrapped in flowing robes of light.

Let her presence surround you,

Hold you,

And steady you.

Her safety is primordial.

Her safety is infinite.

And now,

Feel the safety of your own essence,

The untouched and formless,

Your immeasurable center.

Let her energy,

Your deepest truth,

Radiate throughout your field.

Safe within,

Safe without,

Safe in your breath,

Safe in your body,

Safe in your essence.

Stay here for a moment and receive this.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Back to your body,

And back to the safety of your room.

Stay centered,

Stay attuned.
