And when you're ready.
You can lightly close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking a nice long,
Slow,
Deep in-breath.
And a nice long slow exhalation.
Letting go.
Settling in your seat.
And being present.
Inside your body.
So you may feel the weight of your body.
Resting down in your seat.
And I want you to rest.
In a felt sense.
What's the meaning?
Simply.
Being.
And notice how that feels.
Is there any boundary?
To this felt sense of being.
Is there any inside?
Or outside to it.
It's bound to us.
Spacious Let go.
And rest as.
Being itself.
Simply being.
There's nothing you need to do.
To be.
You simply are.
Notice also.
That being is aware.
You are aware.
Of being.
Here.
Now.
Being aware.
Has no boundary.
No beginning and no end.
It's timeless.
Feel.
Timelessness.
Feel.
A deep peace.
Of being.
A layer.
Notice how you feel.
Simply being aware.
Is deeply peaceful.
And always available.
Let that peace saturate your being.
And record that feeling.
And know it is ever available.
Right here.
Right now.
Now fully present.
As this felt sense of being.
Aware.
Slowly open your eyes.
Experiencing the same feeling.
Of being aware.

With eyes open.
