Peace,

To begin,
Sit or lie down in a quiet,
Private environment.
Adjust yourself so you're very comfortable,
And lightly close your eyes.
Call to mind an area of your life,
Or a physical symptom,
A mental-emotional pattern,
An unwanted behavior,
Anything that you'd like to work with and heal.
We will access the energy block associated with this issue by locating it in your energy field and asking questions about its shape,
Size,
Color,
Texture,
Weight,
Temperature and sound frequency.
So take a moment to be clear on one limiting pattern,
Unwanted behavior or physical symptom you'd like to work with right now.
As we go through these questions,
See if it's possible to go with whatever comes up,
Without worrying if it's right or wrong.
Just go with whatever comes into your awareness and work with that.
It's important to dismiss nothing and accept whatever arises,
Especially when it feels initially uncomfortable to do so.
See if you can notice whatever arises as a curious,
Compassionate observer.
Some questions may give you clear responses right away,
And others may not.
You can just proceed with whatever information you receive.
It's not necessary to get an answer to every question.
So to begin,
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and have your hands resting comfortably and lightly close your eyes.
Take a moment to check in inside and notice how you feel.
Take a few slow,
Deep breaths,
Focusing on feeling the sensations of breathing inside your body.
Now,
Call to mind the issue you're working with.
As you hold this issue in your mind,
Ask yourself if the block associated with this issue is located anywhere in my body,
Where would it be?
It can be any specific spot,
Or it could be your whole body or energy field.
If no specific area calls to you,
You can focus into your abdomen.
Now,
If the energy block associated with this issue had a shape,
What shape would it have?
What size would that shape be?
If the shape had a color,
What color would it be?
If it had a texture,
What texture would it be?
If it had a weight,
What weight would it be?
If it had a temperature,
What would that be?
If it were to make a sound,
What sound would it make?
And,
If it had a message for you,
What would this be?
Now that you've gathered this information,
Simply allow your awareness to lightly rest on this area as we take a meditative healing journey.
Imagine it's a beautiful sunny day,
And you're walking barefoot along a soft path through a lush forest that is full of life.
You hear the birds chirping and the animals playing amongst the trees all around you.
As you breathe in the life energy of this forest,
You feel it radiate from your lungs outward to all your cells.
As you take each step,
You feel the energy of the forest flowing up through your feet and legs,
Up through your whole body,
Infusing your whole body with radiant life energy.
As you continue to walk along,
You notice another path going off to the right,
And you feel drawn to follow it.
Soon,
You come to a clearing in the forest.
In the middle of this clearing is a small hill covered with soft green grass.
You decide to climb the hill and lie down on your back in the soft,
Warm grass.
The grass cradles you comfortably as you gaze up at the sky.
In the sky are soft,
White,
Cottony clouds floating above you.
As you gaze up at the clouds,
They part in the center and a brilliant beam of light shines down.
You realize this is a heavenly light,
Shining down from a realm of the purest,
Unconditional peace,
Love,
And light.
The light shines down all around you and through you,
Filling you with feelings of safety,
Comfort,
And ease.
You feel deeply nurtured,
Cared for,
And loved.
You feel the deep inner peace of this loving light.
The light now shines on and through the area where this issue resides.
As you lightly focus on this area,
The light asks you if you are willing to let go of your old relationship with this issue and welcome new possibilities.
Whether you feel ready and willing or not is fine.
You can do whatever you need to do.
If you are ready,
You can nod and say,
Yes,
I am willing to let go of my old relationship with this issue.
I am willing to welcome new possibilities.
Whether you say that or are not ready to,
See if you can simply be present with this experience as it unfolds.
Gaze up into the light and feel it shining down through the area you are focused on,
Infusing it with pure,
Unconditional peace,
Love,
And light.
Allow the light to infuse,
Release,
And heal this issue.
Let go and rest in the light.
And now,
Bring your attention to the area you are focused on and notice how it feels.
Is there any difference in the sensory experience of this area?
Ask this area if there is any information you need to know to move forward in this area of your life.
Something may come to you now or it may come to you later.
Whatever happens,
Deep healing is in process,
In whatever way is right for you now.
Healing happens in layers over time,
In whatever timing is right for you.
You can repeat this meditation again and again to deepen this release.
Take a few moments to allow this experience to integrate.
Now slowly open your eyes and take in the feeling of the space around you.
Together with the space inside as one space of peace,
Love,
And light.
Take a few moments to write down anything that is important for you to remember from this meditative experience.
Any insight you've gained and how this relates to what you want to grow in your life and your relationships with others.
