The purpose of this meditation is to relax, nourish, and energize your body, spine, and brain by facilitating the flow of cerebrospinal fluid using Central Channel Breathing. Cerebrospinal fluid flows through and around the brain and spinal cord to support the healthy function of the brain and nervous system. In this meditation, we use slow, deep, diaphragmatic breathing to feel an upward rising current from your pelvic bowl up through your spine and core to the top of your head, lighting up your body, spine, and brain with pure positive energy.
