Happy Holidays!

This season let's gift ourselves a little peace,

Love,

And joy by sharing some holiday affirmations.

Start by taking one deep cleansing breath in.

Embracing all the beauty,

Hope,

And magic this season has to offer.

And exhaling out,

Releasing anything you don't need or want to carry with you today or through the holidays.

Now repeating the following holiday affirmations.

Today I will be mindful of what truly matters this season.

Today I will be kind to myself and know I am doing my best.

I will keep realistic goals and expectations for this season.

And I will embrace imperfect moments.

Today I will discover joy and magic in small festive ways.

I will feed my soul what it needs this season.

I will take time daily to recharge whenever necessary.

And I will be mindful that my self-care is a top priority.

This season I am thankful for all I have and the opportunity to give to others.

I can always share love regardless of what I receive in return.

This season I am grateful for moments of connection with others.

And I cherish my friends and family and hold them dear.

This season I will celebrate the holidays in a way that feels right to me.

And I will be with people I love and who love me in return.

I will accept others for who they are without judgment.

And I can release any negative experiences from past holidays.

Most importantly I will remember that simply being present this season is the greatest gift of all.

Thank you for joining me for these holiday affirmations.

I hope they uplift you this season and put you in a festive spirit.

Now go out there today and discover your joy and magic.

It's out there.

You just have to be open to seeing it.

Happy Holidays!
